Worst ground staff ever seen

We were traveling with Etihad and they utilize the local Thai ground handling staff. The supervisor Ms. Muta must be one of the worst racial persons ever seen. She had no sympathy and mocked my wife who was a wheelchair passenger. Etihad is a great airline but if it continues using these agents or having a terrible person like this lady then its reputation will be damaged.
