I have used Surgicalcaps for a few years now and find them to be the best in the business.
Same day shipping is a bonus. I once ordered on a Saturday at 8pm England time and received the caps on the following Wednesday. When asked about where I buy from I always direct them straight to this company

I purchased with them before, but had a issue with placing a order to a sale I was solicited that they offered that day, when I contacted them by e-mail about the problem I had placing a order, I got a mocking, nasty insulting response instead of offering me a extension to participate in the sale again because of the issue. I was very surprised to get this from ANY business. I responded with a reply and again their response this time was from a non-identified sources without an option to reply calling me a names. All I can say, WOW, this company is WACK-A-DOO. Id stay away!

When I simply inquired about my orders that I put in 19 days ago and the reason for the delay. I'm an ER Nurse in downtown Toronto. This was their answer:

There is no delay. We shipped your order on time. We don't deliver the mail. The mail is enroute as per the tracking. You have the emails read and review them carefully.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES. In the USA there is a pandemic in Canada there is NO PANDEMIC, congrats. Delivery is by the CPS - CANADA POSTAL SERVICE.
