Supreme MIDI

I bought a 2 day "subscription". Like others, I found the site extremely poor. The one MIDI file I downloaded was low quality and the same as freely available elsewhere.
In addition, I had to wait for a timer to expire before I could download.
Once subscribed, you then learn the hard way that you have to pay extra for higher quality files.
This site needs more critical reviews to warn people against wasting their money.
Alternatively, Supreme Midi should do the decent thing and offer many files free of charge and offer others paid

Hi, my name is Bobby Emmons. I have been an extremely satisfied client of Supreme MIDI for the past 7 years. I've lost count, but I know that you have produced over 100 custom midi files for me. They are always meticulously crafted masterpieces. So often, I am amazed by the detail of the songs that you produce for me. And the several times that I have sent you a basic song structure for an original tune, you have returned an unbelievably great completed song. You guys are the best!

My musical career literally started on February 9,1964, after watching the Beatles perform on the Ed Sullivan Show. Soon after that show, at the age of 8, I started writing my own songs. In 1966, at the age of 10, I received my first real guitar after previously making one out of a cigar box and rubber bands!

I started my first band at age 11 in 1967. After becoming a Christian in 1975 at age 19, I formed the band, The Last Generation, which later became The Crosstones. This was at the height of the 70s "Jesus Revolution". My band signed a recording contract with Larry Norman and Solid Rock Records in Hollywood, California in 1978 and released our first album in 1979. The lead cut from the album, "Malt Shop In The Sky", was heard around the world and was featured in the movie, "View From The Stoop". The band performed together for over 40 years, releasing many 45's, Albums, cassettes and CD's.

In addition to performing in The Crosstones, I worked in radio for 19 years, sharing the microphone "on stage" and "over the airwaves" with Frankie Valli, B.J. Thomas, Eddy Arnold, Mick Taylor (from The Rolling Stones), The Monkees, Edgar & Johnny Winter, Tommy James and The Beach Boys to name a few. I also worked on the PBS Oldies Specials, and I've performed as bandleader, guitarist and vocalist with Brian Hyland (Sealed With A Kiss), Tommy Roe (Sheila, Dizzy), Johnny Tillotson (Poetry In Motion), The Teddy Bears (To Know Him Is To Love Him) and many others.

In 2023, my wife, Doreen and I had 277 gigs in Southwest Florida and New Jersey. We have been fortunate to be able to count on Supreme MIDI when we need a song in a pinch for a special event. You guys always come through and I truly appreciate it. Thanks for all of your hard work and great tunes!

The productions are excellent, the guys are very good, all at affordable costs. I've been using them for years

Signed in for £16.95 for a months access to midi files, to give me a chance to add some fresh material to my music set. After hours of downloading various titles, I soon realised that the files were 99% amateur quality at best, and totally unusable without loads of work to rectify errors throughout. I started looking around the free download sites,(there are thousands) and found the same files available free in virtually every case, so Supreme Midi I suspect merely leached free files and sold them on. I was pretty annoyed so cancelled my subscription, but to my annoyance, found they continued taking money. Am fighting them through PayPal right now. Avoid. There are some proper midi sites who do "stock" genuine professional files, such as Song Galaxy and Mididb.

Fortunately I didn't waste much money as I signed up for a few days of midi only downloads. Well, the problem is that they claim you can download as many of their midis as you want... what they don't mention is that they throttle you by forcing you to click on a download button then wait 24 secons before you can click it again to actually download the file, WHY? Only possible explanation is they don't really want to provide you with as much as you can download and want to slow you down.

Then there is the problem with custom midis... A lot of songs will pop up as custom midis which you cannot download unless you pay extra for them. What happens to being able to get all the midis you want, the reality is every midi created would in theory be a custom creation... Oh... except that I really doubt the ones you get access to were created by them. I downloaded some and found them to be pretty much identical to the ones I had already gotten from other sites. Then there is the problem that some of the midis are just crap. I have the sheet music or one song and compared it to the midi they had of the song... the melody was way off in several places to the point that it really didn't sound like the song it was supposed to be it sounded more like the attempt by someone to transcribe a song, but by someone that really wasn't that good at transcribing.

I wouldn't use them again, the quality of the midis you can access is not good enough and I don't like being lied to with a promise of access to all the midis only to have a bunch of them classified as custom and requiring more money to download.

As a professional entertainer and one I might add as a Active Member of ASCAP doing business with Supreme Midi at the very least would be poor. I purchased a custom Midi file provided them with a Mp3 or the original recording and it wasn't even close to being considered "Cover". Because I purchased the custom file I was given uplimitted available midi files. I was charged an annual membership fee of US $99.00 and when it came time for a renewal I had elected to NOT RENEW my membership, and I indicated that in my response back to their notice of renewal... within 30 mins of my sending the DO NOT RENEW my membership. I received a Thank You for Your Renewal... I responded once again and express that I DID NOT WANT TO RENEW my membership, please CANCEL the transaction. We'll we have been boucing back and forth, and now their insisting that it is a automatic renewal unless I follow the procedure to Not Renew which isn't very clear as to where that is, other then they gave me a direct link. I've disputed the charge with PayPal as well as my financial instituation. And by the way the renewal went up to $133.00 hadn't be advised of the upcharge either... I told them that the Music Industry now is Not SUPPORTING Midi files any longer that Roland, Yamaha and varies other manufactures are now using Mp3's and that the Midi Industry as a whole is about done for. Some of us that prefer Midi to Mp3's well we're just going to have to work through it by finding reliable good quality which by the way Supreme Midi's are not always the best as far as the quality of the file. Suggest if you're still doing something with Midi Files, listen to them before you buy it. I did inform them that should they NOT cancel my membership and return the funds they basically stole I would blast their name from her to wherever including I've also placed my dispute on ASCAP and BMI's board.I'm a member there as well. BUYER BE WARE...

The production team at Supreme has supplied me with numerous custom files. Their communication is reliable. I received the order when they said it would be complete. They even worked with me to space my order out to meet my budget. I couldn't ask for a better team to have working on my requests. My requests were not mainstream. I have scoured the inter-webs in search of them. I guarantee these are not re-hashed. Nobody else would have any need for them. I was not a customer they could pass over an existing midi to… mine were very custom. And they stepped up and provided. In fact I am still submitting orders and they are still delivering.
