The renewal process this time around wasn't as simple and quick as in the past … it took close to 2 weeks to receive my paperwork against the advertised 48 hours. However when I reached out all of the reps were nice and did what they could.

I am very blessed to have found support pets. The doctor absolutely knows my condition, and sees fit that my job should be considered as an ESA. I love the perks about this as well due to me being able to let my pet travel with me without anybody saying anything to me. I don't have to pay extra rent fee due to my pet being an ESA.
