I have a Great Dane and am trying to find a apartment as I'm getting the "Big D". And I found out with my conditions I can get him as a ESA. And so instead of having to get rid of my big teddy bear. Great and Easy to use, I appreciate the fact that the company issues them out really fast, within 48hrs. But what I didn't like is, a lot of up sell and having no profile. I couldn't see my confirmed Purchases, I thought I made a profile and that matters because I thought I was gunna have access to Edit, Change, make requests, buy stuff or update. But no, it was a one stop shop, but not hating on that, just thought it was a little inconvenient.

I just wanted to get ESA approval for my dog because I am moving to new home in Florida where you can't have an animal. You all had too many other things that you wanted me to sign up for when I just needed the the certification. You ended up charging me an extra $134.00 for something I didn't want. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of as an elderly person.
