I was enjoying it at first, but the only reason was that the other person (not the moderator) was nice, I was really getting along and opening up but when the other venter said they wanted to be friends, I was kicked. They don't have a rules page for this, yet they have rules? The moderator wasn't even engaging, at one point they said 'L' as a response, clearly not even trying to be open and supporting. Would not recommend for mental help, only makes it worse, and I don't believe its listeners care enough.

NOT EVEN HELPFUL! The mods seem like they don't care, and they won't help you! It is NOT the best :(! !

If you are looking for a kind space to vent and be listened to and understood, please look elsewhere. When I needed to vent, the so-called "listener" let me let it all out with a polite "anything else" when I finished, only to invalidate my feelings and everything I said in one rude comment that implied I was being immature (for having feelings). The person clearly wasn't friendly, kind or a good therapist, I wondered what they were even doing on there. Invalidating a person's negative feelings, no matter how silly or small or "pathetic" they may seem to you, they feel that way for a reason and it's never a stupid reason, no one should ever be treated this way, especially when they are already upset and have just reached out for help. I instantly regretted going on that site. Just to prove my suspicions were correct, I joined another "listener" who admitted they were just on the site to "kill time" because they were bored. They appeared rather rude and made discriminatory assumptions about me based on my choice of language. Those people clearly weren't professionals, or the kind of personalities you would want to go to for help when you needed it. Don't believe me? Just start a conversation with a "listener", I can guarantee you that 9/10 times they won't appear very pleasant, helpful or friendly. Not a helpful website at all, please look elsewhere my friends. Thank you.

The mods are terrible. I just tried it today and I spoke with Ashley. I regret it. Now I hate her because she said that I was being disrespectful when I wasn't. She is a bully for doing that.

I don't know why it had to be her because everything was fine with me until I spoke with her. Then because I spoke to her,it triggered me to get homicidal and suicidal thoughts because I was maltreated by her.

She treated me terribly for no reason. I didn't do anything and she randomly started attacking me. She was horrible to me and I hated her for the way she treated me. She lied and tried to ban me and she made up rules because she didn't like what I said.

She took sides against me and I should be able to talk about what I wanted without her getting mad at me. She was giving me a hard time because I was talking about how others mistreated me. Then she decided to give me a hard time and treat me badly.

I don't know what to do but I decided to complain about her here. Also it's pretty odd to start mistreating someone just when they mention that other people did. It makes me mad that she continued to blame me. She accused me of being offended when she was.

She is twisting everything and I know she did this on purpose. The worst part is she was asking me to explain what I meant about "how I warned her about autism" and I'm like I shouldn't have to explain it. She falsely accused me and that was low. She was bullying and harrassing an autistic person.
