I now have 2 programs with supplemax who lydia is my program manager although the first batch of medication had a good effect there is still room for improvement lydia helped me to get reconsulted by the doctor and have stronger medication which is now perfect for me. I would honestly recommend supplemax try them out, you obviously are thinking about it by reading the reviews! So go for it and ask for lydia!

Supplemax is just another scam. Sadly I fell for it when I should have known better. 3600 bucks debited to my credit card in a very treachorous, tricky & underhanded way. When I called asking for a refund they gave me some obviously very well rehearsed lines about voice recordings being legally binding etc etc. I'm now talking to a lawyer friend about this mob, I may never get my money back but I'm damn sure gunna make sure their name becomes mud.

SCAM your CREDIT CARD False advertising Offer free consultation on line with no obligation then they call saying a Doctors will give you a consultation and request a blood test for further assessment to see if you are suitable for 12 month programme. The cost of Dr to call is $50 then they Debit Your Credit Card for $2495 and the Dr never rings will NOT refund money. They will threaten you with a verbal recorded contract taken over the phone and will not send a copy. They do not respond to emails. This Company is based in Sydney Australia.

$1500 taken from my card over the weekend. Money taken two days before the medical consultation. Contacted them and they attack you on the basis of voice recording that you have provided your card details. After the medical consultation, i raised more questions and the medical consultant said someone will be in contact with me to clarify them. They didn't call back. Apparently they only have voice recording the sales part which was unfortunate for me. I have taken this to relevant authority and will have to wait and see whats going to happen. There is a news article about this written in Jan 10. Try and google it.

Hi I'm Charlie from Supplemax, the customer service manager. I find the reviews below insulting. Over the last 4 years, we have helped over 10,000 men perform better in the bedroom, saving marriages, relationships and significantly improving our client's standard of living. We don't sell cheap herbal remedies, we sell programs which are aimed specifically to try and rehabilitate men and we have had thousands of men tell us that they have been rehabilitated and how their partners received the night of their life. A man's sexual performance is a paramount importance in their lives and obviously shouldn't understated. Please phone me on 1300 962 462 should you require any additional information.

I don't understand what the other people on Site Jabber were talking about, I was experiencing difficulties gaining and maintaining an Erection for the past 4 years, Im now 44 and it was causing a major strain on my relationship. I phoned the guys at Supplemax, gave them my credit card details and was put straight through to a Doctor by the name of Dr Madas who was most helpful. I was then sent some Nasal spray and since then ive got my sex drive and vitality back. The treatment was not cheap but then I did not expect it to be. Ive found as well that sometimes I can perform 2 or 3 times a night rather than worrying about performing once. You can tell my wife definately seems to find herself alot more attractive because of my added attention. Even when I don't use the spray im alot harder than I used to be

Supplemax the biggest rip off ever, as per the other complaints here, they took $1500 dollars of me and refuse to refund it, even though they had not sent me any product nor did they doctor contact me ( who has been deregisted in the past for misconduct).
So i took these scum to court and got all my money back.
Dont go near them, they are parasites...

I first joined supplemax in febuary 2006, i have been with these guys for almost 4 years now. I owe my life to supplemax and also my 2 beautiful children. When i first joined supplemax i could not get an erection. My ex wife left me due to this condition and along with that took my house and half my superannuation. When i first started using supplemax i was amazed with the rapid results. I went from a 2/10 erection to an 8/10 within the first 72 hours, then it just got better and better. Subsequently i met a new partner who i was able to please and my confident levels were through the roof. I have since been a very happy member of supplemax and despite the reviews below i think their service is absolutely amazing and their products truly work wonders. I find the reviews below very unfair as they as based on customers that did not even recieve a product and did not have the chance to experience supplemax's amazing results and customer service. To all men with erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or low testosterone, you have to try supplemax as it will revolutionise your whole life! You will not regret it.

This is a scam... they take your credit card, then process it before you get to speak to a doctor for a consultation. Then when you call to ask them for your money back... you get a smart arse called Charles or Josh, who's job it is to take your money and refuse refunds. They took $2500 from my credit card today... after I explicitly told them not to until I had spoken to my doctor.

I have received no medical consultation from them, but they have my $2500 and Charles N & Josh of Supplemax seem to think they were too clever for me and told me bad luck. You will never get your money back.

Guess what Charles & Josh... I will, I will spend as much as I have to now to get that money back. And then I will see what I can do to see if I can make a claim against you two personally for misleading me & many others with your scam.

You have pissed off the wrong person.

Scam -
HI-- pressure phone sales "people". Will get you one way or another to give them your credit card details--then its all over. Their only interest is getting your $2495. 00! For the "testosterone cream". They claim that the procedure is that a "doctor" will call you --and --only after you have had a blood test ---and its analysed by (their) doctor AND he/she decides you are "suitable" --then you will proceed with the "programme."
Here is what happened to me:- I had a fatigue problem and thought that this may help--mistake no. 1--see your own doctor first!
I was talked into a 400.00 payment to get started, and some days layer a "doctor" (medicare provider number supplied--but I don't think that makes them a doctor) calle me and asked me a list of standard questions--and then sent me a Pathology request form--which I have subsequently lost.
I tried for days to contact the "doctor" and could only slueth out a Physiotherapy clinic in Adelaide--who said she wasnt there and "doesn't take messages"--and since then Supplemax says "she doesn't work for us any more"
30 days layer my Credit Card was billed 197.00--as if the "programme" has started--but I havent had any "cream" delivered--nor has any "doctor" looked at my Pathology results (which I still havent had) to authorise this Prescription medication under Aust Govt guidelines (or not).
Called Supplemax, who said --its my fault--and that the pathology should be still done and the Office Manager! Must be notified because "we have thousands of tests done and after 5 days the blood is scrapped"? No mention about who is going to "analyse" the blood from the blood test --maybe the Office Manager!
I asked --(tricked them by calling from a number they didnt have--they thought I was a new "customer")-what happens if the Supplemax "doctor" says go ahead--and my own G. P. says not suitable?
Reply--"we will send you the medication anyway, and it up to you if you use it"! Preposterous and illegal under the Act!
They will threaten you with your "verbal (recorded) contract " as if there is no possible way out of it--but the facts here are that they are debiting my card in breach of their own specified procedures!--and obviously intend to keep debiting it regardless.
They do not answer or return calls--and especially ignore emails-- (once you have given your details, your phone number is in their system--and they dont/wont answer once they have your "contract" in place.
If you deal with this outfit --beware!--demand that all details be in written form --email or paper mail--including all conditions, procedures and payments. If they balk at this --then they are not legitimate --or 'ethical", and shouldn't be dealt with.
There are plenty of other suppliers of the same products, I'm sure.
I am now proceeding with Legal action through a well-known legal firm who loves this field, and expect to win with costs at very least.
STAY AWAY FROM SUPPLEMAX--YOU CANT AFFORD THEM!
