Did not receive product after 15 days - still no product. Unable to talk to either Supermarket Italy or FedEx about this shipment, despite multiple attempts

I signed up for emails and txt for 10% discount and provided a code. When I got to checkout i got a message the code was invalid. I ordered 3 or the items for a 2% reduction and was charged $10 shipping.

I'm not to happy with your company I still have not received my order first of all second of all I didn't have the stuff I ordered and now I'm still waiting on my stuff to be delivered. Please check in on it and see why I haven't received my products yet.

I had to change an online order that was placed at night. I left a message and they replied first thing the following morning. Excellent.

I had no idea when to expect delivery.It would have been helpful having an expected date of delivery. The product arrived very quickly and that is not my issue, just knowing when to expect it helps.

Great Products, great prices & the best shipping. Disappointed that Supermarket Italy did not notify me of the drop dead date on the Passata sauce was 8/31/23. If they had, I would not of purchased 12 bottles at this time.

Nice GF offerings, easy to shop. Despite all the bubble wrap, one of the jars of chili sauce broke, all in all everything else was delivered in good shape.

I was sent a coupon that couldn't be applied because I had sale items in my cart. This was specified nowhere, so I spent way too much time texting back and forth to find this out. Then I got email that some of the items I ordered weren't available, but the final order email had those items included but others missing from the list. Then I got email from the shipper that my order would be delivered on a certain day, but then a second email saying the shipment was being returned to sender because it was damaged in shipping. I got another email saying to was received, but several days later, I still had not heard from the company about my order or the damaged and returned shipment. I emailed them and the response was "Sorry that happened" but I had to email again to ask what they were going to do? They asked if I wanted a replacement but by this time, I had lost confidence in this company. They had received my returned order and done NOTHING to notify me or replace the order or refund my money. I did get a refund but I had to ask for it. They treated the whole thing as if it was just a normal situation. I will never purchase from them again.

Love their stuff but they go bananas with the tape on the bubble wrap. I have arthritis in my hands and I dread having to cut my way through to the products. Also, the same makes it hard to recycle the bubble wrap.

This review has nothing to do with this purchase, but with the way the company handles communicating with the customers. I was never told of the status of my order and one day it was by my front door. I live in Florida and having a prosciutto sit in the hot weather is not the best thing. I hope this will be looked at. I have to consider if I want to continue a be a costumer is Supermarket Italy.

Very good, considering everything is going from one side to the other side of the country. The order came in two deliveries. A tracking number for one we received, which made the process smooth. We didn't get a tracking number for the second delivery and we had no way to trace it. A tracking number for the second package would have resulted in an "EXCELLENT" rating.
