I was blessed this past week's end with an early screening of Pig starring Nicolas Cage, my spirit animal. Exquisite film. It showed the same highest bar quality that the rich and rare fruit of the earth truffle shows those divinely blessed enough to seek and feed upon its rich and musky reward. I had always been curious and aware but had not up to this point did any real dedication to procuring, that is until a Google search led me to your store. I'll be a customer as long as you are open. I have been a customer of Supermarket Italy for several years and have always been satisfied with the ordering process, quality of products, fast & free shipping, and items are packaged well so they are not damaged during transit. I regularly order the type "00" Italian fine flour as it makes the best breads and desserts, and the flour doesn't upset my stomach like so many wheat flours do. Very happy customer!

After ordering received a text, mentioned the discount for the first order not expecting it and the lady took care of that and I received a refund. Then two days later the box with the ordered items were received. All excellent quality with really competitive pricing. Looking forward to ordering more. Could you stock some whole wheat flour by the way? Recommend your shop highly, no one should be disappointed.

I found Supermarket Italy while looking for a specific product from Italy which I found as well as a huge variety of imported products from various location. The website worked without any glitches up to and including the whole checkout process. Everything was delivered in a timely manner packaged very carefully. No way any one item would have broke or been damaged without the whole box being run over or something close.

I have not tried the product yet. I never received the first shipment, although Fedex swore that it was delivered to the right place. I have checked every day and it never showed up. I did have a replacement sent to me which I appreciate but I went away from the conversation, feeling like I was trying to get two orders for the price of one. To avoid problem with delivery on the second order, I had it held at the local FedEx store and I picked it up.

Supermarket Italy is the Best! Thank you for always having high quality products and packaging well to prevent damage. This olive oil is a birthday gift for my sister. I know she'll love it.

Found the product I was looking for with easy ordering and hulk discount which was appreciated. Unfortunately two of them items were broken when received and a waste. I didn't make a claim because honestly forgot about with life til the survey email. Happy though with my order and realize it was an honest mistake with shipping.

They have many products and ingredients not found in my local markets.
Prices are fair. Delivery is good, if a bit slow.

Overcharged on shipping promotion. I e-mailed and the response was quick. They refunded the overcharge with apologies.

I've been ordering products from Supermarket Italy's website for over two years now and have always been extremely satisfied with their products and service. The care in which they wrap and package my shipments is unsurpassed, and their speed of delivery is very fast. I enjoy purusing the different international product offerings from countries like Great Britain, Germany, Ireland, and of course Italy. I go to Supermarket Italy to find things I can't get at my local grocery store.

One time only my order was delayed by over a week. One phone call to Customer Service resolved the problem!

I've always liked your site, but it has improved somewhat, too, making it easier to shop. Normally, I despise the ads google races across the screen when a search is being done, but YOUR ads are excellent: you've added a variety of items to that ad screen and they're not just the most expensive.

ALSO, unlike Walmart and Amazon, you show only the items being searched, not a lot of unwanted, unrelated things. Thank you, it makes shopping much easier and much more preferable!

I've now ordered three times from Supermarket Italy and yet to receive what I ordered. Items are always available on the website, but not in reality. I won't try another order. It is hopeless.

On two separate occasions we received an e-mail indicating our order should have been delivered, and given an e- mail address to use if we had not received the order. The order was not delivered. When we contacted customer service they indicated that the items in our order were not available and suggested we substitute other items. This seems very much like a bait and switch situation.

Absolutely love all the products I received. The online shopping was easy and delivery was fast. Great pride was taking with the items shipped as they were very well wrapped and neatly placed in the box! I'am planning on ordering a few hard to find items for gift giving. Order was processed quickly & correctly. Everything was very well packed so that the various pastas ordered arrived unbroken. Have not had a chance to try everything that I ordered, but those that I've tried so far have been some of the best gluten free pastas that I have tried. The selection of different shaped GF pastas is awesome for anyone that needs to eat gluten free. So happy I found this site. I will most definitely be a return customer! First time ordering and could not be happier with quick shipping and most importantly how well everything was packed. I'm used to Amazon just throwing the items in a large box where Supermarket Italy packed each jar of cherries individually in plenty of bubble wrap and the same with the chocolate bars. Thank you

Well protected perishables delivered quickly. We always would like a lower price but upfront expiration dates before ordering if short "best before ".

FedEx misdelivered my order, admitted their error in having a lazy, agent whose actions resulted in my items being stolen! Supermarket Italy replaced my order swiftly, and made me feel valued. They empathized with my plight (FedEx users beware!) and had my replacement delivered beautifully--still cool to the touch, perfect packing...a HIGHLY recommended seller who CARES for their customers!
