The product was just what we needed to complete a family birthday "pasta feast". They arrived in a timely manner. Thank you for your wise packaging, because though the box had red labels saying "HANDLE WITH CARE... FRAGILE... THANK YOU", FedEx delivered it with a big indent/crease in the side, just below the FRAGILE label! Thankfully, the shells were not broken.

The cookies were received broken. They were not adequately packed to ge shipped. The needed bubble wrap / or packing if some kind to protect the product.

Got everything I ordered and they were all tasty! My favorite was the honeydew. I will probably order more later.

Package was not packed very well, and was dropped, two of the jar lids were dented and came unsealed. Called customer service, lady said she would credit back the two jars and send email confirmation. She only credited the $3.68 tip that I had given, left me with two unsealed, unusable jars os sauce, that I had paid for!
