The price is within my budget
First of all the amount of time it takes for this company to do anything except collect your money is ridiculous. Take forever to receive your order, the jewelry is below average(hint the price) and I'm still waiting on my full refund. Do what you like, but I warn anyone for using these jokers!

I feel the problem was caused by the postal worker taking the package. Had I not discovered the package missing so soon, this might not have ended this way. Your company should be more secure in packages. This was packed in a gold metallic envelope that was very easy to open. When I received the package it was very easy to open but I could not determine if it had been opened previously.

The item I paid for was 14 K 5.8mm Curb Link Chain, 24 Inches, Yellow Gold. $649.99come to fine out its Gold-filled which means that an item is coated by a layer of gold. Gold-filled jewelry does not last forever, because the gold layer slowly erodes over the course of 20 to 30 years.

Pkg said it was delivered to my home on Jan 17th. I didn't receive it. Let sj know all they say is give it a few more days. Well isn't been a week and still haven't received it. Asked for a refund. They are investigating.Told them these where gifts refund please for I went to Zales and bought something there. I can't make these people understand that I didn't receive the items. BBB is my next step. Some of there is nice and others junk. Got stuck with a white and black diamond ring few yrs back. The ""black " diamonds faded. So not black diamonds. But back to my lost items.
