I bought a pair of shoes on 7/23 and emailed them at 6:30 a.m. MT on 7/24 to cancel my order. I was told they were mailed. I checked DHL later to find out they did not go out until 7/25. It has been a challenge working with them. I sent the shoes back via first class postage on 7/31 requiring signature. Superglamourous will not pay for any returns and ask you send via DHL or Fedex, which runs between $200 to $275. After multiple emails back and forth, it wasn't until I posted my initial review, which was flagged and removed on August 8th, that they emailed me and someone wanted the shoes. The manager was willing to send me a prepaid label IF I agreed to take down my posting. In addition, he wanted all correspondence to come directly to my residence. I agreed not to post any additional comments until this was resolved. This is still not resolved. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and they came back and fought it. They stated that I could have cancelled it, they have not received the shoes (which depending on the country, you do not always get signature back through USPS, but they did make it to Milan), and a copy of all their policies. If they would have cancelled the initial order 6 hours after I placed it, i wouldn't be where I am at. It now looks like I am out 312 Euro. I order a lot from European designers and stores and have never encountered where I have had to pay for a return nor had any hassle or being told they never received the merchandise. I highly recommend not doing business with them. I am sure they will respond back with their policy. There is no customer service
