I want a refund for my order that hasn't arrived!
Your live chat is not live it's we'll get back to you in a day maybe! The online form does not work because your team ignore your customers! If anyone resorts to Facebook messenger this is also useless! There is no longer any telephone contact so Superdrug hide online and ignore you!
Evri/Hermes have lost my order and I want a refund now! It's my right as a consumer and if you keep ignoring your customers you'll end up at the same place as Debenhams and many other big companies have!

I didn't receive my refund, despite receiving emails stating orders have been cancelled.
Orders are showing as refunded on their system but nothing has come through to my bank account. I forwarded my bank statement showing money going out to Superdrug but no refunds showing.
