I purchased 5 items. 4 were garments all the same size. Only 1 fit. The others were very variable in their sizing. NONE even remotely resembled the photos from the website. A year later I am still waiting for the delivery off the last item. Items arrived sporadically over a number of weeks making returns expensive because it is at purchasers expense. I was totally sucked in and regret ever finding this company and believing what my eyes saw.

Nice looking stuff with good prices. A TOTAL RIP OFF... DO NOT trust these people to deliver what you ordered. It'll never come or you'll get something else that's real $#*!ty. 3 months later and I am still $#*!ing around with Sunnilook for my items or a refund. They say, tell your post office. WHAT? Out of 6 items I got 2 and one refund. Guess I'm loosing here. WARNING U! I didn't listen to the reviews, I wish I had. These people are the worst I've ever dealt with in decades.

In September of 2019 I ordered 4 colorful 100%cotton tops from Sunnilook. I received 1 of the 4 in mid-November. The quality was terrible, 100%polyester, garish bright colors, barely resembling what I had ordered. I reported to company immediately. They refunded price of 1 blouse not yet received, but 2 others had already been mailed. Those items arrived in early December and were as awful as the first. I jumped through the multiple hoops required for a refund... paid 35$ in postage to return items to China. They came back to me-RETURN TO SENDER from China, last week. I am out 78$ in merchandise and 35$ postage. What a RIP-OFF! The colors and quality are like cheap costumes. A painful $100+ lesson.

ORDERED 4 ITEMS - RECEIVED 2 OF THAT ORDER. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED - BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS. TRIED TO RETURN FOR REFUND AND STOP SHIP REMAINING 2 ITEMS ON THE ORDER. RUN AROUND ON WHAT THEY WOULD DO. LONG STORY SHORT, NO REFUND AND NO CREDIT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT ALMOST $100 LOST TO THIS THIEVING OUTFIT. BEWARE!

Like the other reviewers said, this place is a total scam. You can see below the hat I thought I was ordering and the hat I received. They basically took some felt and spray-painted yellow on it, and slapped a puff ball on top of the flower. It looks like something you would buy at a kid's craft fair at a school for $1. Terrible! Also, it took like 3 months to get here. It cost me $20 plus shipping. Do not buy from this fake rip off.

Beware folks, this scam has resurfaced as Zolucky. The pictures on this site look exactly like the merchandise offered by Sunnilook. BTW, my credit card company was very helpful in getting my money back from Sunnilook.

The few Items I received were of mediocre quality, all wearable but one dress. Nine months later have only received half of my order. When I complained, I received one brown skirt, nothing like the green plaid one I ordered, small enough to fit me when I was 8.

Never received product... Don't order from them! They didn't respond to any e-mails either when I contacted them about not receiving product!

Order a jacket for my granddaughter for Christmas with enough time for it to come in. Well it came in at the end of January so I missed Christmas and her birthday. But that's not what made me upset it was the fact that the jacket in the pick was cute but the one I got looked like an old ladies house coat that you would buy at a dollar store. The cuffs on the sleeve were surged and unfinished and I was ashamed of it. It looked nothing like the pic. When I called to return it they want first to just give me a discount I said no I really did not want it so they said I had to wait for them to send me a return label. They said I could not just send it back. At 2 weeks waiting for the return label I reached out again and I get no response. This company uploads really cute photos but product sucks. And I'm not the only person that is saying photo don't match the product. I just wish they had done the right thing and take back the item and refund my money. Oh and I give no stars

They advertise beautiful boutique clothes at discount prices. They even state in their description that they are a boutique store that works with designers for high quality items. COMPLETE LIES! They will take forever to send you items and they will send cheap copies made from low quality materials.

I ordered gloves, what I received was nothing like what was pictured. It looked like a bunch of rags sewn together and was not even in the color I ordered. They were made in China. I also ordered a jacket. It was poorly sewn. It had huge snaps on it that you could see the threads through on the front. Looks horrible. Very unsatisfied. I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before I ordered. I still have not received a couple items I ordered. The ones I ordered are going in the trash. Very unsatisfied. What they send you is nothing like on the pictures. Both items I received were made in China and were very poor quality. Please let Facebook know. That is where I ordered them.

I ordered 4 items from this vendor. After two months, only two had been shipped and i demanded a refund of the 2 that had not shipped, which they did give. The other 2 items were both shipped to the wrong address. One I was able to retrieve from the post office, but the other had been shipped by Fedex, and no signature was required for the delivery of this international shipment--RIDICULOUS! So, it was just drop shipped. I went to the address where they shipped it, as they sent me an Email saying it was the address I provided them. A TOTAL lie, as I paid with Paypal, and they have to ship to my address on file with Paypal. At any rate, they refuse to refund my money, as they say "it was shippd." Also, to this date, Paypal has been NO help. They used to protect their customers. Obviously Paypal is no the company it used to be!

Horrible Fake and VERY DISHONEST people, you choose a item and they send you a duplicit that is very different than what you thought you ordered, THEN when you want to return it (to China) they get you on the shipping customs return, and offer you 15, 20, 25% back instead of returning the items, and they send one at a time, HORRIBLE STAY FAR AWAY... your stuck with what you ordered and its not what you ordered

WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN MY MERCHANDISE THEY STALLED WITH ANSWERS AND DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN AND THEN SAID MY RETURN WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED BECAUSE I DID NOT MEET THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNS--BIG JOKE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
