The company does not respond to returns unless a credit card company gets involved. You must pay to ship the poor quality and missized merchandise back to China. Then when the credit card company gets a response from the company they will reverse the charge. It costs a fortune to return. Nowhere in their internet advertising do they advise their true identity or they are located in a foreign country. There is no phone number for Nina Cloak. Their return address is a vacant warehouse in California. They do not send an invoice or return shipping label. Beware!
