Sunjoe

Purchased a lawn mower and it stopped working after 2 uses. Contacted customer service with a video recording of the problem. They chose to not respond at all. Been a week since i sent it.

I ordered over $100 worth of products from the Sunjoe website two months ago. I got a confirmation email, saying they got my order and would send shipping info soon. I was charged.
Then I wait for shipping information. After waiting a few weeks, I finally reach out to customer service. Based on my order number, the Sunjoe rep gives me a shipping confirmation number, saying the items shipped two weeks prior and were already delivered. I looked up the shipping details with FedEx. The goods were delivered to New York. I live in California... I checked the order number, and it looks like I gave them one digit off. By the time I went back to the Sunjoe website, I'd lost connection with that rep, and connected with someone else. I gave them my order number (cut and pasted this time) correctly... they gave me THE SAME SHIPPING NUMBER for FedEx, saying the order was shipped weeks prior. Again, that order went to New York, and was clearly NOT MY ORDER.
I don't know where my email with shipping info ever went, or if they ever plan to refund or ship my goods, but I do not trust this site at all. There products may be reliable from Amazon, but DO NOT BUY from their website. No accountability at all.
I was told by the sales rep that a manager would get in touch with me. Despite having all of my contact information, no one has ever contacted me.
I don't know what know what their scam is, but avoid buying directly from their site.
