Just tried to get some help with pair of Oakley's bought at Harbourtown shop in July. One frame handle had come off and thought they could repair or replace.
They had no idea how to fix or thought to try and repair and offered 50% of price to new pair.
Sent me off to Oakley shop at end of centre who simply clipped the arm back on in less than a minute.
Wish I had read these reviews before purchase!
I bought a pair of sunglasses on the 10 th of September and return it the same day because the lady at the counter said that the shade will get darker outside which did not happen.
4 weeks later i am still waiting for my refund after i complaint to the service desk in Edgards and on social media and to hello peter, the lady that helped me is Jolene in Bloemfontein Waterfront mall, she referred me to her manager Ismaeline, she also telling lies that the money will be transferred the day of the 9th of October, today is the 11 th of October and i still awaiting my reversal funds. They also refusing to tell me what is causing the delay, this is beyond poor client service.
I have opened a police case because this is stealing.

I ordered sunglasses from their adverstisement on Instagram. It took them over 3 weeks to mail my product, let alone they sent me the wrong sunglasses. This store/website is a SCAM. They advertisement products that are over 50% percent off to get you to order from them. Warning! Do Not Order from these people. Its a totat SCAM! I learned my lesson the hard way. Pass this on to your friends and family.
She looked up my purchase and found the sunglasses at another location and had them shipped to the store! I was thrilled and so thankful that she took the time to help me.
We bought 2pairs of Raybans polarized and was supposed to be delivered 2 to 3 days later and it's been a week and no glasses yet!
Don't buy from sunglass hut! Unless you appreciate zero customer service! They MAY help you if you have a problem with your sunglasses in the first 60 days. Other than that you are on your own!
Purchased Armani Exchange sunglasses I was looking forward to receiving them because they're made in Italy good pair of glasses and they were on sale can't beat that price then looked closely stated in China what a rip off paid good money for some cheap knockoffs I don't see how they keep in business and when you call they put this automatic machine they only tell you the store is now closed stay away from the cheap knock offs don't buy from them
I ordered sunglasses and within a minite of ordering, I realized I wanted to cancel. 2 weeks later I sent them back - There is no "cancel" after placing an order. You have to wait 2 business days for a phone or email response, i had to wait for "approval" to return, they sent me a label that looked like computer programming code - and finally an actual label (after reaching out about the non-label i received and waiting 2 days). TO apologize for the inconveniences they gave me a 30% off coupon - that only applies to limited merchandise. NO THANKS! I would have fired someone who was incompetent at every turn - so that's what I did.
Bought a pair of Clubmasters from this place. Girl put a scratched pair the was missing a screw in the bag and I didn't notice until I got home. Took them back the next morning and was told "too bad". This was at the hut in macy's. Salesgirl was a total POS who could care less about customers and totally ripped me off. As a big fan of online shopping I have dealt with many different companies in my lifetime. The universal Store, Culture Kings, Roxy Australia and Myer to name a few. These companies were all able to process refunds within five days.
I have been waiting five weeks for my refund from sunglass hut.
They sent me out a replacement item after I clearly selected refund on the form. I had to return the item for a second time, even after contacting customer support and getting the shipment changed for it to be sent directly to their warehouse. They made me wait again, for them to receive an item I never asked for or even had in my possession. It's been received weeks ago yet I am still waiting.
Will never shop with then again. Terrible quality Chinese products, even worse customer service.

Persons was like just try them for a few days. Bring them back if you don't love them. I wore them one time and was told they are not eligible for a return after cleaning glasses for 10 Minutes she said there was a scratch that I can't see and I had no options. I have never had a problem before and will never be going back. Terrible customer service
I have never heard of a store employee being more concerned with a sale then being written up for helping out a customer. That is their motto. Why Ray Ban does any business with them is beyond me. Then they tried to give me a 30% discount as if I would ever buy from them again.
I was at the Macy's in West County (St Louis MO). Last year I bought a pair of sunglasses that were on clearance (Prada) and I loved them. In March I somehow lost them.
While at the store I decided to see what you had and was talking to the manager, Lynsix. She looked up my purchase and found the sunglasses at another location and had them shipped to the store! I was thrilled and so thankful that she took the time to help me. She is GREAT!
I needed a new pair of sunglasses so headed to these glass Hut near me. Kyle waited on me, helped me make my choice, talked me in to two pairs instead of the one pair I was going to buy and cleaned the glasses. Great service!
Brought two pairs of sunglasses and simply didn't like the one pair so tried to return immediately. The automated online system sends you a label that doesn't work, I tried different hardware and software to open but nothing. The contact number they send you for returns on the email doesn't work! I then found a contact number through their website which I've range multiple times just to be hung up on! So now I've £140.00 pair of glasses I do not want! I'm sure they is all a ploy / scam! Be very aware before you order.

Quick to take your money but if you have a problem with a product they will do anything to get out of helping you. I tried to return a pair of glasses within 24hrs of purchase at the store in Oxford street. The lady working for sunglass hut accused me of scratching the lens, bending the arm and making the glasses dirty. All this when the glasses had never been taken out of the box. They are clearly trained to fob off customers rather than respecting consumer law. I will never use this company again.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and they didn't even put the delivery address on it so they got sent back to them contacted customer service they said the refund will happen in 3-5 days and a 30% coupon which is crazy cause why would you order again if there incapable of putting a delivery address on the package so it's pointless less
What kind of business does not allow their customers to make changes to orders 30 minutes after placing an order? After contemplating purchasing a new pair of sunglasses, I finally committed because they had a sale going on. During checkout, I was entering my details and my address auto populated per their system. I checked and my street number, street name and city/state were correct, but I didn't look close enough because the street type and zip were incorrect when I saw my order confirmation. I thought, no big deal, I can change that or cancel and reorder. I contacted Sunglass Hut over their chat system within 20 minutes of placing my order asking if they could assist me in changing my address. I was told unfortunately no changes can be made to orders once placed. What? First, how did my payment even go through when the address wasn't correct. Second, what kind of $#*! policy is that? Third, the address that auto-populated literally doesn't even exist, so why did it go through? I asked her to cancel my order so I could reorder - couldn't do that either. So I called customer service thinking maybe the person I chatted with was unwilling. The person on the line said the exact same thing. She told me best she could do is send me instructions to change the address for DHL and UPS, and follow whichever one the package is being delivered by. Literally what the hell. This is not the fault of individual customer service reps, this is entirely in Sunglass Hut's absolutely sketchy policies. I said ok, but what if DHL/ UPS can't change my address - I told them if the glasses are delivered to an incorrect address then I expect a refund. She said she could do that and I told her to send me that in writing. Glasses were shipped via DHL, transferred to USPS, are supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and are currently sitting at the Post Office in the incorrect zip code. We'll see what happens, but I can absolutely guarantee I will never shop online or in store at Sunglass Hut again.
