I was after a customized platform for my pest control website. From the beginning, the Suffescom team was professional. The project started with my portal name and a discussion for the logo and other sessions of designing before they were implemented. I liked the logo very much, and they helped to customize the header and footer design. They paid attention to every detail and specifications I mentioned. Team leaders, designers, and developers were always ready to hear my side. They persuaded me to explore my visions and ideas.

I hired this company last year in sept and they totally ruined my business! First off they passed me around to 2 or 3 different people who put products on my websiteI do not sell! To make matters worse they put the wrong social media handle my page. We sell fashion and they put supplement products on my page. I requested for weeks to have removed. To only have my requests ignored with management telling me the employee "Sandy" had family problems ands out of work. My website was live for weeks with false ads and products on it we do not sell! When I complained to Shopify who referred them they did nothing! This is after paid them in full and was assured the problem would fixed. After nothing being done and having my requests ignored I filed a claim with my bank for the amount of payment. Now mind you my. Site wasp and working prior to the. "Theme change" I. Got an email days before Black Friday demanding the full amount $1K+ be paid Shopify for the claim that had not even been processed with 48. Hr notice. I called my bank. And they said nothing had processed yet and was pending.Guess what Shopify & this horrible company took my website down 24hrs before black Friday! So. I was being blackmailed to pay. Twice for the service that hurt my business false advertising products that we do not sell. To date my sites still not backup duet the totally unprofessional staff of Suffescom. We will be filing lawsuit against them for many things but please warned to stay away from this company. They talk nice to get you on board but once they have your money it's a different story.
