This billing company is extremely incompetent and has poor customer service. In the medical industry, every claim should be pursued for appropriate reimbursement and it appears that Sudaco only goes after the "easy" claims that do not require much effort. That is the whole reason for a billing company (to do all the leg work for you); otherwise, one would do self billing. I do NOT recommend Sudaco Physician Solutions! BEWARE!
