“Late fees never end”

Just received my water bill and I couldn't believe it. Those crooks held my last payment until after the due date and then applied it to my account, adding another late fee. These people are leeches.

Customer service awful, tried calling them multiple times about billing question and could never get through. Phone always busy. When I finally was able to contact someone, they said computer was down? And would call me back. Never got a response back.

Tip for consumers:
Just hope you never have to call their customer service.

They are evil!!! They will charge you $15 for late fees even when they don't send your bill !!! Non existent customer service!! This company is evil. I will never rent an apartment that goes thru this company for utility management .
