CONTRACT TRAP. Receptionists who make you sign a contract don't understand the contract themselves, how are they going to help you understand what you are signing for?
I signed up for 3 months or least 12 sessions. I have had only 9 sessions and they have charged me for 4 months $996 already.
I am a physician and if I cannot understand the convoluted contract, how would the everchanging secretaries understand the contract, leave aside explain the contract to you.
My advice STAY AWAY, unless you have a lot of money to throw around.
Stretch Lab charged another eight sessions on 11/27/23 knowing that I was finished and knowing I didn't book sessions and didn't intend to do so. I was NEVER informed so this was unauthorized.
I called and the desk attendant said she was going to talk to management. I never heard back.
I finally reached the manager Celeste, and she informed me that the 30 days from 10/27 was 11/27. I told her 30 days from 10/27 was 11/26 because October has 31 days. Celeste can't count days and the unauthorized charge is fraudulent.
