“Didn't get my subscription sent to my incarcerated family member.”

Worst publication to do business with. I paid for a 1 year subscription for my incarcerated family member and left very specific instructions on where to ship magazines and they still got it wrong. I asked them to fix the shipping address as they sent the first and only magazine to the billing address. Also I returned the magazine to them so it could go to the right address and emailed them about it. To this day I haven't heard from them or did I get a refund... so sad people are unresponsive and unprofessional.
