Delivery was quick. An incorrect sweater was delivered and so customer service was contacted however, replies were from an iPhone and not a business email contact. There was no effort or interest from the Storror contact person to replace the sweater according to the one sentence reply, "Hi. So you ordered a medium and want a large?" (I didn't even contact business because of the size but the wrong product). In the end, this contact's email bounced back and was no longer valid. I ended up keeping the sweater but will not be ordering from them any time soon.
