I have bought a battery from this company after reading much reviews. Decided to purchase it directly from its website, which is a big leap of faith. Usually I buy from platforms such as Lazada, Shopee or Amazon due to their strong customer protection policy. Well, the reviews are good and the price of the item is not too expensive, therefore I just gave it a try and glad I did. The battery looks like 3rd party, but it is well made. Fitted perfectly for the model I ordered for which is HP 14-ba110tx. Its a two year old model and probably HP original battery is already not of high quality to have been damaged in 2 years of use. I guess this will outlast or at least match 2 years. So far it has been 2 months, no issue. Good buy.
Battery selection and purchase went very smoothly. I was contacted by a very courteous representative to clarify delivery options and the correct battery was delivered just outside of Toronto a day earlier than expected.

Received the battery in good order, replaced and battery is working well. The battery is same as the original one from Asus, not aftermarket, so that was great. Took 10 days from order to delivery, quite ok considering it is shipping from China.
Ordered replacement battery for Asus K401LB laptop, for delivery to Manila. The price was good, and the shipping rates were a steal compared to same product sold on Aliexpress.com. When the usual shipping method proved impossible for Manila deliveries, the staff suggested a cheaper workaround, and refunded the difference. I received the item in excellent condition, and it works excellently. Thank you, if another battery issue comes up I will certainly be a repeat customer.
Purchased a Surface Pro 4 replacement battery. Received battery 13 days later in a well- packed parcel. Battery installed in my 6 years old Surface. Completed the "drain" and re-charge cycle, and everything works well! Highly satisfied!

The laptop battery delivered was packaged well and worked without problem right out of the box. The duration of use was also as expected, so I think no problem with the battery capacity claimed.
All in all, very satisfied with what I got, and deserves the 5-star rating.
I bought the Asus s46C battery.
I needed the item within 8 working days as I was going abroad and needed to bring along my laptop. Amy had advised that they will need some time to import the battery, but will expedite as per request. Ultimately they made the delivery in time, which I am quite pleased about.
Received an email from them after a month for the refund offer. I saw some really good reviews for the shop so I might be the only one very unfortunate with this battery issue. At least they did not abandon my issue and gave me a refund after a while. It is possible that my battery model is just too rare because my laptop is not a popular laptop, so the battery fabricated by their supplier is one off and not good.
I would emphasize that their communication and support is good. The only issue for me is the product from their supplier and maybe the product is not good because my battery is very rare.
I kept receiving issues after issues after using the batteries from them. These are not original batteries and I spent $90 on it. I cant even use the batteries now because they die at 50% charge every single time. No solution from them and I would not order from them again. I even sent a video proof of it but they have not responded for a month now.
The battery arrived about 10 days after order placement. It was well wrapped and in good condition when received. Fits well and testing the battery life now. Will give 5 stars if battery life is as good as the first one.

I ordered a genuine battery for asus laptop. However they are out of stock and gave me a replacement instead. They gave me a discount because of that. The battery was delivered on time and work as expected.
My battery broke down and I purchased a replacement battery from storebattery.sg. The delivery was well packed and arrived in around 10 days. I have been using the battery for around 7 days now and am happy to report that the battery works well!
Payment and Postage are good enough. The only and main complaint is the website is super slow. So slow in fact that it would time out -so only gave it 3 stars. If they improve on the speed of the website, the online experience would be 5 stars.
This is my second purchase for a replacement battery for my Macbook Pro (late 2011 version) since almost 3 years ago, and this time I also purchase a new power adaptor. The Seller is quite responsible and send email and measurement to ensure the connector is the correct one for the power adaptor prior shipment.
If there is only thing that could be improved is the China Post shipping tracking number is not trackable on the sites provided.

The Lenovo G40-80 battery that I ordered works! It was delivered to me in the afternoon, which I requested. The package the battery was in had bubble wrap in it to prevent it from damage. Overall, would recommend this company if you want a laptop battery!
