Bought a Bravest Nylon Jacket from here. Delivered quickly, got it customized embroidery for my dept and name. Did not even have the jacket for 2 months and the zipper broke off. Contacted Epic they wanted pictures I sent them pictures and was told the manufacturer does not have a zipper they can send out and they will not issue a refund or replacement. While this may be a manufacturer problem, I bought it from them and after spending additional money to have it embroidered I now have to see if I can find someone who can put a whole new zipper on because Epic nor the manufacturer will send me the piece I need. Terrible customer service and they do not care that you paid more to have it customized and its useless less than 2 months after delivery, not even including the time it was getting embroidered. Fail on both Epic and the manufacturer

The quality of the clothing is excellent considering the price. My only issue is the inconsistency of the sizes. In some brands I wear a medium, others a large and others at least an extra large. It would be helpful to know a head of time which run big, small or true. I ended up with 15 shirts in large that won't fit anyone on my team.

Received the hats in a timely matter, however box was ripped badly and 1 dozen hats that were unprotected got wet and stained. Can not use

I've never order before but I've heard great things from friends. The tops I orders came in really big sizes so I would recommend going down a size for that style. Also one top was noticeably stained. I needed them ASAP so I didn't have time to exchange. Things happen so over all I'd still order from here again.

Pants are great, but waist runs small. I'm a 34-36 jean, so ordered a 36" pant. Pants are way too tight. Also, pants come unhemmed, so you'll need a tailor to fit them, or some hem tape if you're comfortable hemming yourself. Great pants though!

I coordinate a college's intramural program with wide variety of sports and activities. They have been a continual resource for me to get the items I need from NCAA approved game equipment to miscellaneous recreation items all at a decent price. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of sporting equipment 10/10.

These are good enough socks if you are getting team socks for a season of 3 months. Probably wont last a year if you play travel ball.
