Storage Auctions

I'm all in when it comes to start-up businesses. This strikes me as a side job that you guys forgot was there. Enough years to make moves for the company if you were serious. As a fellow good guy, make sure you're not still paying for advertising because you popped up real quick.

The site is a joke Not to mentioned the companies that use their platform for auctions. Every facility goes through most of the stuff before taking pictures. You ever wonder why every unit looks like someone went in there and tossed everything around. That's it! This site should not allow storage facilities to use their platform for bogus staging of units! Joke!

I did enough units to feel safe and then I got too comfortable. I bid $1400, and I got cheated. I was offered no help from the people who run this website. They are also aware of the facilities double taxing customers, but they are ok with that. Do not trust them.

I did on a unit it shows me being a highest bitter at 3:70 clock ones out shows on the highest bitter. Come back into the site to check my messages and I find out that they awarded the unit to another individual for more money. They're scammers!

The auction I won was finally cancelled on 3/7/22 when it should have been cancelled on 2/23/22. Nonetheless, I received a message from storageauctions.com on 3/7 stating the auction was finally cancelled and that they would be refunding the $105 I had paid to them. As of today 3/13/22 I have still not received my refund and have not received a response to the messages have left inquiring about what is going on.

I have bid on 2 units and won both therefore I was charged the 10% or $10.00 inital charge. Both of the units I bid on were revered by the storage facility. I have contacted the auction company and on 2 of their email addresses and had received a response initially but never received any confirmation about my inquiry about my funds being returned, nor had I received a response for my multiple follow up messages. This company is not ethical and has poor business practices when it comes to customer service, especially after I read the other reviews left. I wish I would have had the forethought to read them before I had attempted doing business with them. My recommendation is STAY AWAY from them. I am extremely disappointed with rhis entire process.

Called to get an explanation on a u it I won at $500+ and they tell me it has to be reran due to "alabama state laws" which is complete BS, I know my state laws, they could not explain the law to me. They said they refunded me, 4 days later I'm still waiting on it…and they also blocked me for life from the site because I was "rude" to the woman because I ask her to tell me the "law" these are so very sketchy people that are quite rude, use another site, one that knows wtf they are taking about.

I talked to owner 2-16-2021 he told me to buy from another site and told me that if i knew a certain person that i mentioned thats why im blocked. His name the owner is Lonnie Bickford the number i finally was able to get him on *******624. He knows whats going on with units being Staged because he owns APPLE TREE STORAGE i bought 2 units from there that were also STAGED UNITS. Its. Sad when you have to Cheat the people who pay your SALLERY to make Money. LONNIE BICKFORD you are a CHEAT.

Let's be honest. Every auctions you come across have already been looked at and scalped. I did not believe the reviews before but after purchasing my first lot, i encountered numerous boxes open and destroyed. Majority of the collections or anything of value were removed from the boxes. Everything in the boxes were jumbled up and opened. I thought in my head that "Why would people pack things like this?" "Wouldn't they close everything before storing them" "Why is all the boxes tape ripped up?" "Why is everything half opened" "This doesn't make sense"
No way in hell do people pack things like this. How would they take it out again if it was all scattered?
I also saw some people who outbid me in a lot go to pick up theirs, and they said the same thing. "Nothing in the boxes, all missing things" "$200 down the drain" "Why would they store empty boxes?"
I saw a bunch of note pads that contained a list of collectables in boxes but all of them are missing. I opened up a auto graph box, nothing. Opened up a box full of nba collections, nothing.
Total Scamming Website. Rigged Sellers. Do not buy unless you see some hidden gems that can make money from easily. Believe in these reviews because i didn't, so now I'm basically taking our their trash for them. Cost me more money to do the labor than to have any value.

Won an auction from USA Storage centers through Storageauctions.com. Paid $11 to storageauctions.com just for winning I guess. Then when I went to collect my items in the storage unit, I had to pay there again and they had to have $100 deposit in cash as well as the auction payment in cash. There's no where on any website that states payments must be made in cash. And the payment for the storage unit, had to be paid in cash as well. Didn't have enough cash so went to a nearby atm. When I came back with cash, they didn't have change? Like you want us to pay in cash but don't have change.
Anyways went to the storage unit after going again to get cash yet again. Could not find the unit because the employee did not know where exactly the unit was. Spent over 20 minutes driving around the forsaken lot.
Finally found it and opened it. It was just the worst storage unit I've ever seen…and I have been doing storage units for years.
The items were clearly gone through and they put garbage from other storage units in this storage unit. Old boxes, broken chairs etc.
The amount of rat feces that was there! Good lord! The boxes were bit through and through and there were hundreds of nests with baby mice in them!
When I complained about it, the manager told me I could leave it but they would be keeping my $100 deposit.
It was all a scam in my opinion. I paid them to move their garbage. Had to pay a dumping fee as well to dump their trash. Just a waste of time and money. Disgusted and infuriated can't even describe how I feel. Wish I had taken photos but I was nauseated at the sight.
