Love the product but it's leaking, contacted customer service 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for a confirmation/resolution. Also I got the newer shower wand and it's pretty heavy for the current holder it sometimes falls off it you just tap the hose

Our water pressure is so low that you could barely rinse shampoo out of your hair, much less conditioner! And after waiting almost two months because of slow shipping due to corona virus I received this shower head. I was at my wits end, because I had tried at least 5 others that promised high pressure, to no avail. But, to my amazement, this one delivered! It is like being at a spa! Totally amazing! At least quadrupled my water pressure! Totally worth the money!

This shower head is the greatest!

I've been using it for about 2 months now and it has lived up to the hype.
I think everyone should have one of these nifty devices in their household:-)

P.S. the big cannister attachment is for hard water and it works splendid!

I made the mistake of not doing my homework, and bought from competitors. They lasted 6 months. Stone stream is the is the Bentley of this type of shower head. Excellent customer service no hassle prompt replies. You cannot go wrong.

We have hard water and terrible water pressure. This shower head is frankly a miracle. No idea how it works, but frankly don't care. Water pressure is phenomenal... when I turn on the shower a burst of air hits me in the face like I just turned on a plane jet. Water heats up in 3 seconds rather than a minute (not sure why that is other than maybe more water going through the pipes faster?). Learned not to ask questions... sometimes it is just better to believe in magic, and that is what this shower head delivers.

Don't wait like I did it is the best thing I have ever brought our water pressure is hit and miss but now that we have the Stone Stream shower head I can't wait to take a shower. They are not paying me to say this but after this maybe some kick back would be nice lol but seriously if you have low water pressure or like us hit and miss don't wait get it right now you won't be sorry. The water moves so fast that you can feel a breeze from it. When my fiance first used she asked me if there was a window open because she felt a cold breeze no joke and then when I used it I felt it to people again they are not paying don't wait

My hair especially feels so much better. It actually has life again. The water pressure is awesome. I have purchased 4 throughout the last year, 2 new and stones to replace prior purchases.
I absolutely recommend. I am a happy customer who was previously hesitant. They really work. I will continue to buy as long as they are available. I also recommend them whenever I can because I know they do solve a problem.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but the video reviews on the stone stream website convinced me to buy...
1) Product fits perfect
2) It creates a nice water stream, gentle but has good power to wash off all the soap.
3) Feels high quality
4) Customer service was very good as I had a few questions after the purchase
5) Delivery time was OK, took 6 or 7 days to arrive

Firstly, I have to say that I install bathrooms professionally.
Ads we're continually popping up stating increased water pressure, better flow rate, money saving. The list goes on. A customer of mine purchased one and asked my opinion.
It certainly looks impressive at first glance with chrome, clear plastic and stones but it's very cheap looking on closer inspection.
Wherever you see this, they all claim increased water flow whilst saving you money. Just think about this. If you have increased water flow it basically means you're using more water. Where's the saving.
It also claims to increase water pressure. This is a joke. The pressure doesn't change unless you fit a pump.
Another down side to this head is it actually lowered the water temperature at the head by a few degrees.
Remember the saying, if it's too good to be true. It definitely applies here.

This has to be one of the best home purchases I've made. I've seen tons of knock offs, not knowing if they would be worth my time. I just so happened to buy the real deal and I can't even exaggerate how happy I am. It's improved my kids skin, which is something I didn't think could be improved by making such a simple change. My wife loves it, which in turn makes me happy and my life easier. I don't even know what else someone would need to read to buy this, seriously. Just buy it, you'll thank yourself for it.

It is, overall, a good product. Installation is a bit tricky as the threads (with or without thread tape) will leak and must be further tightened, often with a wrench which has the potential of marring the surfaces.
Delivery time (to Canada) is well beyond their promised maximum time, perhaps this has to do with Chinese trade relations but be prepared to wait at least two to three weeks.

I ordered twice from stone stream. When I ordered 2 years ago, it was an older model, today they are selling a different model. I am using an electric shower so make sure to choose the right model if you buy it from them.

1) Delivery duration was about a week
2) Product is as described, will soften the water and I did feel some increase to my water flow. Smaller holes make it stronger I believe.
3) I got a value kit, and they send a hose and replacement filters in the box as well.

Will buy again in the future.

This product along with a shower filter delivers amazingly soft water. Some of my skins issues are starting to disappear. My hair is softer and more manageable.
I do not see the increase in pressure that everyone seems to rave about. All in all I'm very happy with the product.

The shipping was slow but when I got the product I cannot day enough good about this shower head. I've only had it a week and I look forward to coming home and taking a shower in the evening if even to stand under it. The stone streams water pressure feels so good I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner. It only has 2 settings but in my opinion only needs the first one. The customer service experience was really good as well. When I contacted them it only took a few hrs to get a reply back, and they were always so kind and reassuring when my product didn't arrive in a quick manner because of the holiday season. Thank you! Stone stream I will recommend your product to anyone looking to upgrade there shower head in the future.

The stone stream is game changing. My showers are so much more luxurious because of the powerful water pressure it provides. I also notice I can wash my hair and everything faster with this shower head. I definitely recommend it for everyone.

I like the shower head but part of the product (the wall adaptor) was defective and the company has not responded to my messages despite heavily advertising their guarantee. I'm not sure how to get a response and don't trust this company.

I bought the three-mode head and hose setup, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It's rare that a product I buy online actually lives up to what it's hyped up to be these days. I love a decently firm water pressure, and most shower heads don't deliver unless you shell out an arm and a leg. This one makes me want to stand in the shower all day! And the water does seem to be softened by the beads; my hair is definitely liking it! I had a discount code, so my cost was about $50, and the company sent another code a couple of weeks later, so we got a setup for another of our bathrooms, too. We had guests stay last weekend, and they wanted to know where we got the shower head. Great job, StoneStream!

I had trouble installing the shower head myself and needed to get a friend to help me. It has increased the water pressure slightly but I do like the stop feature. I wish the hose was 6 feet long. Of course as soon as I bought mine the price came down by half. That really made me angry!

I bought 2, one for each bathroom. Both shower heads from the start shot water in every direction from the water holes. I contacted customer service, they tried to say it was from buildup. When I asked if they sent me used ones they were confused, I explained that was the only way it could have limestone buildup because it happened straight out of the box. They emailed for a couple weeks asking questions but not offering a solution. Then they requested a video be sent in. Then they offered to send new shower heads. As of now I still haven't seen any replacement heads or a refund. The 3 stars are only because the water pressure is decent and the features are as advertised. Overall, not impressed with the product or customer service. Would not purchase again.

This is now my 2nd shower head set up from them. They are nice, but not as nice as they make them out to be. The little holes that the water comes out of always seem to shoot out in various directions. It is rather irritating. I thought my original one was just in need of replacement because I've had it for awhile, so I upgraded to the two head unit and they both spray in multiple directions and of course one sprays straight up at my ceiling and another sprays right directly at my shower door, so when I open it, water goes straight out of my tub. The other billion holes are fine. This just seems like an issue that needs to be resolved.

I really am satisfied with this shower head. The settings are great and powerful but soft on the skin! I have hard water in my area but I can't say that I do notice a difference on the water hardness level. I think the one flaw I would have to say is that it feels kind of cheap material like the silver parts. It's just plastic but can't complain bc it does amazing on what it needs to do and easy set up!

I would have given five stars but the customer service was not very good, my product was so late getting here. But the recent it and told me off the other one came to keep it to and gave me a full refund. It was a gift for a friend and she said it works just fine and likes it very much. So 5 if not for the problems getting it.

Like the stop button feature! Has 3 different settings which is nice. I feel it doesn't increase water pressure just delivers the water differently through smaller holes(if that makes sense) I'm on the shorter side so one of the settings the water is more of a mist and by time it gets to me it feels cool which I prefer to stay warm always! We did buy an adapter because my husband loved this shower head and I wasn't sold and bought a different one to use as well.
