I ordered some custom reflective fire stickers that had my departments name on them. The checkout process is somewhat buggy and the website is buggy. It took close to 3-4 weeks for my product to arrive. But the end result was very satisfying. I ordered one sticker but they gave me two (thank you). Overall the company just needs to speed up the process! But the products are fantastic!
Terrible business dealings. They sent my sticker, which was full of scratches to my billing address instead of my shipping address. When I confronted them about it, they continued to blame the address switch on me. Customer is always wrong in their opinion. No attempt to make things right was made. I even told them to stop communicating with me unless they were going to fix the problem. They continued emailing me with responses claiming they had made no mistake. I will never shop there again and encourage you to shop from other sticker shops that will not insult your intelligence.
I ordered a sticker - just one - and it came just like I imagined it would be. The blue line sticker is on my car to honor our police officers who serve us each day. I know where I'll be getting future bumper stickers.
I honestly understand that when you order close to Christmas that things might now show up on time. I ordered two stickers at the beginning of December... and they are STILL NOT HERE. I contacted the site on January 12, and did get a quick reply. He said he would make sure the order was taken care of that following Monday. But guess what? Nothing. I will never EVER use this store again. Again, I completely understand when things do not arrive on time, but I have never had this problem with an online order in my life.
Both of your orders that were placed on 12/12 were shipped. Two separate transactions shipped two separate shipments to the address provided on the order. The items I purchased were exactly as expected. The decals I bought were high quality and I like them very much. I have only two minor issues; It seemed that it took a considerable amount of time having my order filled, and in the catalog were many items which I thought were in very bad taste for a mainstream business, indicating to me that the company will print literally anything (offensive or not) in order to make a dollar.
I have ordered items from StickerShoppe several times and only once had a problem. That problem was remedied quickly and without hassle. Very impressed.
Products are always shipped well protected and quickly. Quality of the products is without complaint. 5 stars!

I ordered three stickers. One of the stickers had a lead time of 2 weeks. I just got an email that they were shipped today. It has been a month since I placed the order. I was wanting the stickers for an event I was attending earlier this month. When I contacted the company by email, I was advised my order would be ready to ship either that Thursday or Friday. Two weeks after that communication they finally shipped. Definitely not happy with the service and will not order from them again!
I ordered two magnets from StickerShoppe and somehow the mail person delivered them to the wrong address as they never arrived at my home (we have a rotating mail person each week on the route). Once I explained to StickerShoppe, two new magnets were shipped no charge to my home! I was overwhelmed. Awesome company and fantastic customer service. Really enjoy the product! Gave one magnet as a Xmas gift.

Ordered 2 decals. Took longer to receive. Could have and ended up getting them done locally. The decals ordered were of poor quality and had to be trashed. Project was almost late to go out due to this companies incompetence. Will not reorder from this company. Poor customer service. Pay the extra 2 or 3 dollars for good quality and go through a different company. Took a local company 3 days to do our order. Took almost a month for this one! We took a loss on the decals ordered from StickerShoppe.com!
Love never forgets is the best statement for Alzheimers. I want people to see this sticker every day in traffic so if they don't already know about it, this will make them start thinking about it. But of course it also honors my mother and sister. Linda P

Great stickers for stocking stuffers! My friends all loved them. Show your appreciation for our police. True story: I put one on my car and when I was pulled over the first thing the officer said was, "Don't worry I'm not going to give you a ticket, just checking to see if you're drinking as you went over the dividing line." Told me to have a nice day. No ticket, no court cost, lawyers fee, or increase in insurance. They appreciate those who appreciate them. :)

UPDATE-They re-shipped the stickers and apparently there was some mix up the USPS in delivery. After reshipping, they even offered to refund me. Very nice gesture. That alone will have me using these guys again.
I am an avid major league baseball fan and I buy stickers to honor my home team. It always brightens my day to add these stickers to greeting cards and notes I send through the USPS mail during baseball season. Yes, I do mostly emailing but I still love cards and people who get my snail mail get a kick out of my stickers. I once sent a package of stickers to my sister and once to a friend so they could support their favorite home teams. They loved them too! I love it that the stickers come in various sizes. I have always had good service. No complaints here!
We have an online racing league that still races the Nascar Racing 2003 sim. One of the best online, realistic games you will ever play, in my opinion. We are celebrating our 10 year Anniversary of this league in 2014. So we had decals made to reflect our anniversary. Job well done StickerShoppe!
Looked for a specific decal which was initially listed as not in stock, however Stickershoppe stated they would notify me when the product came back in to their inventory. They did just that and I was very happy to purchase my decal from them. Great Customer Service and Follow up.
