I am having the same issue as many others: placed an order with no change for 9 days. Their site says they ship 1-2 business days from when the order is placed, so already there is a problem. When I sent an email to inquire my order was changed to "shipped" the next day. It has since been a week and still haven't received the 2 stickers I ordered, and I live only two hours' drive from the company.
According to FAQ Question #3, I have to wait another week before I can pursue a refund or replacement.
Stay away! This place is not worth the effort.
8/8/16 UPDATE: Stickers arrived today. Even though my order was changed to shipped on Aug. 1st, the postage label is dated Aug. 4th. USPS delivered in normal time for First Class postage. Hopefully the business owner can sort out their issues in the long run.

I ordered this patch with the intent of placing it on a denim vest, and I did just that.
The patch came in a timely matter, and it looks fantastic on the vest.

How incredibly horrific! Don't know where to begin- how poorly ran. Ordered my products nearly 14 days ago- said it was shipping last week, paid FOR THE EXPEDITE SHIPPING 2-3 days it's now day 5 and still no package! Can't contact anyone! I wouldn't let my worst enemy buy here, stay away! I want to cancel and take my business some where else, Horrific business

Order a sticker almost a month ago. Still have not received it, and have not received any kind of email saying where it is or anything. Have tried contacting the company numerous times and in different ways and have yet to hear back from anyone... Glad you were so willing to take my money, but you can't bother to give me what I paid for... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased an university decal for my car and followed the instructions for placing the sticker. A day later, I noticed that the decal had fallen off. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund or replacement because my decal lasted less than 24 hours. The only response I received was the seller explaining that the decals are bound to fall off because they are reusable. I am very saddened by the company's customer service. It's frustrating that I could only share my school spirit for one day.
I ordered 4 stickers which had a two week delay, that was 27 days ago, i got an e-mail that said they would ship the next week well that was last week so i sent another e-mail and i have not got a reply and my order says processing.

I ordered stickers from here over 2 weeks ago. It took 2 1/2 days to process the order, and I sent an email asking about it. I got a short, hateful response. They were "shipped" the next day. I paid to have the tracking number, and one was never sent to me. I emailed about this too, and never received anything back. Still haven't seen my stickers in over 2 weeks.
Order was placed almost 2 weeks ago. Contacted them via email. Said order shipped. Tried to contact via email a day later to get a shipping number. My email was blocked as SPAM. If I new it would take this long, would have never used this vendor. Terrible service and still no stickers in the mail... seems like a very shady business

Order has not seen the light of day for more than 3 weeks. Thought I gave mysefl plenty of time to get what is needed to finish up my Blackhawks Dive Bomber, which is a gift to very special people. Haven't heard anything about the status of my order.
I ordered 4 stickers over a month ago and still have not received them. I have sent several emails, which were answered. The answers, however, were inconsistent with some responses saying the order had not been sent and others saying it had been sent. The customer service is non-existent and a phone call to a human is impossible in the universe known as reality. UPDATE: After I posted this review, they sent me the 4 stickers I ordered and they were fine. So there's that I guess. Maybe it was a miscommunication? They finally got it right.

Looked for a specific decal which was initially listed as not in stock, however Stickershoppe stated they would notify me when the product came back in to their inventory. They did just that and I was very happy to purchase my decal from them. Great Customer Service and Follow up.

Called and left a voicemail for the company and it was somebody's personal voicemail. I never got a response. Took weeks to get them to fill the order and actually ship it out. May be cheapest but literally ZERO customer service.
The items I purchased were exactly as expected. The decals I bought were high quality and I like them very much. I have only two minor issues; It seemed that it took a considerable amount of time having my order filled, and in the catalog were many items which I thought were in very bad taste for a mainstream business, indicating to me that the company will print literally anything (offensive or not) in order to make a dollar.
