I was scam med by the previous sales manager at Sterling McCall Nissan in 2021. He added options, extended the car loan period, and increased his quoted extended warranty price - all without telling me. Although I cancelled my warranty because of that, my refund took dozens of phone calls dealership visits and unfulfilled promises which took 3 months to resolve and then they charged me for the 3 months for my car. New management was very slow to help. So I called their corporate office who DID NOT CARE AT ALL about my problem They very CALLOUS about the issue. I will never buy a Nissan from them again. I won't matter as I am a single customer making an insignificant dent in their bottom line, but if many many readers take heed, it may may open their eyes.
Tip for consumers:
Tread carefully dealing with Nissan Corporate management with any issues. They are not there to help their customers.
