Finally, my sterilize-x has arrived after 2 weeks of waiting. This was recommended to me by my sister. She vouched this will works since she has been using this for 6 months now. I will use this in my office. Better to be safe than sorry. This little UV sterilizer will do magic.
Spent for this sterilizeX because I want to be extra careful in terms of being clean and this uv lamp did the works. It's a great way for extra disinfection of the rooms. Highly recommendable.
Great product. This Sterilizerx does the job! You can smell the freshness of the room afterwards. Highly recommend, but no people or pets must be in the room when using it.
This sterilizer is working out pretty well for me and my family. It is very convenient just pushed the button and leave and the room gets clean. So far i am happy with it.
We hope a Brighter light, the light is not brilliant, and we are not sure that only with this light it has enough power to kill any virus.

As to the light, the Sterilize-X is designed for regular-sized spaces (12-15 ft) so the light is more than enough to sterilise the room. Ordered 4/22/2020, I was charged on my credit card 4/23/2020 It is now 6/2/2020, still no product! Have contacted them 3 times, each time same story, products in transit but won't give me a tracking #. Advertising 5-8 business days clearly not so! Must be a scam or why so many BAD reviews. Beware of this company!

I ordered this product back in September and even paid extra to receive prompt delivery. I have not received the product to date and I keep getting the run around. Clearly if this company is legitimate, they are in over their heads with production issues and/or financial ones. I plan to contact my State's Attorney General for potential fraud.
I placed an order with this website on 4/1/20. Their terms say they process the order within 1-3 business days. I contacted the company through a chat on 4/8/20 and they can not tell me when my order will ship. I contacted them on 4/9/20 and 4/10/20 and it is the same story every time. I also emailed their customer support and shocker I have had no reply. Avoid!

Check other sites before you by From Santize-x, I found same item cheaper and getting it a lot faster.

05/09/2020. Ordered three lamps and insurance coverage. It is almost July 2020. They never arrived. I wrote many emails. Made numerous calls. To fake Sterilize X. Do not believe that the person who responds to this review is real. I have been scammed $174.00 of my hard earned money. Do not ever order this lamp. Please!

Ordered room sterilizer July 15th, its Novenber, have never received product. USPS says the company never shipped it. Have complained many times and they say they are reviewing it, meanwhile get new messages from them everyday trying to sell products
Sterilize X is such a great product and very useful nowadays. It's also easy to use, it's plug and play so just put it in the best spot in your room. Just make sure you don't stare at the light directly. This sanitizer can really protect you and your loved ones! Overall, very satisfied with the purchase. It's worth it!
SterilizerX is small but does the work. It takes time to air out the room after using the lamp. The directions are clear. The bulb turned on and the timer worked. All is good with this product.
A device has not be delivered for 1.5 months although was promised for 5-10 and told that it is already in delivery almost month ago.
I will wait several day and it it is not delivered, Ifile a complaint to consumer protection

I am happy with my purchase! Sterilize X is the perfect item that you did not know you needed! It is so convenient and takes up such little space. Every one especially those with a baby using pacifiers should have one. With all the craziness right now with covid 19, you can't be too careful!
I ordered 2 of the products and it's been 2 months and still no product I emailed them numerous times and was answered with we are having shipping problems I then asked for a phone # so I could talk to someone but had no reply if is this a scam
They got my money and now they want my photo
I ordered UV light. After weeks called. No response. Then checked tracking number. It is fake. I called CITI credit card company and disputed.
Now they sent 11 page document to CITI with all lies. The product has Chinese writing. No power supply. Not UL listed. Now they want to send back to China and take 15% stocking fee. Return should be 30 days after their shipment. I received it after more than 60 days. They call themself different Names Sterlize-X or X-Sterilize or MUAMA. I have complained to FTC already about my experience. Everyone should do it so we can avoid scams.

At first I wasn't sure how there would be an impact on removing pet smells or anything else for that matter with the light. So to do a little test, there was a small spot on our carpet which had noticeable pet smells from my dog sleeping there. I followed the instructions and after using it on the carpet, there was a NOTICEABLE difference pre and post exposure.
Perfect in my little nook at home. Seems effective. Allergens are lessened because my rhinitis has stopped. Worth it. Will get more for other areas in the house.
