Suffice it to say that I am in LOVE with StarryDress, quality, customer service and pricing is all more than I could expect even from a boutique wedding dress store. These are actual images of me and my fiance on my wedding day. I did order a mermaid petticoat off of eBay to supplement the dress. The veil is my own design :)
Ordered 4 items, they sent 2 after vary long wait but both items were not what I ordered. Tried contacting them via email, no reply except a generic automated response. Called telephone number and only got a answering machine. They blocked me on their Facebook page when I asked questions. This company is dodgy!
2 months and no dress, didn't reply via email. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so I have put a dispute in with them and the seller is asking for more time! They have blocked me on Facebook because I warned people not to buy. AVOID - scammers
I ordered a gypsy dress and after a long wait received something completely different and horrible. Contacted paypal and they want me to send it back to get refund. So I have to pay to get my money back. How ridiculous! This company knows what their doing. I tried to contact them on facebook and they blocked me.
I ordered a dress and never received a dispatched email. When trying to contact them via their email (no answer) Facebook page, they blocked me and never received it. Reported to FB as a scam. Saw another advertiser selling same dress, when I asked were they previously Starry Dress, they blocked me again. Sick of these parasites. Trying Paypal for a refund.
I chose this dress for my Sweet 16 and it was amazing! I ordered it in Champagne custom-fit. First off, they told m it would take about two weeks, counting tailoring, for it to come, and it came five days later! It fit me wonderfully. However, if you have a bigger chest like I do, and can't afford gong braless, I would find a bralette the same color as the dress, since your back will be very easy to see. Thanks so much Starrydress! I would definitely recommend you guys to a friend.
After placing an order Jan 2020, I sent several emails and didn't hear back. I have now lodged a dispute via PayPal as their website has shut down so I think it's safe to say I will never see the items I ordered
My mum ordered a dress from this site- then NEVER heard from them again!
When she did a follow up with them she then was blocked!

I wish I'd seen these reviews earlier. I ordered the starry dress 6 Janaury and still not recieved. I have emailed them 5 times and no reply whatsoever. Do NOT buy from these scammers
Stay well away from these crooks! Take your money for an order and then block all means of communication for you to chase order!
