Im a Starbuck's fan, but I've never had an experience this dreadful. We go into Starbucks almost daily, mostly great service. Highway 8 store in Stoney Creek (Fortino's Mall) was making up their own rules. We wanted a call back from the manager, it never came. We called customer service and they forwarded a message to have the District manager contact us, they never did. We called back customer service to ask for the Area Manager to contact us. They never did. Plus, they said there was nobody higher in all Starbucks to refer this to. Each time we were told that we'd get a call back within 48 hours. We waited at least 72 hours each time. Is this the new direction of Starbucks Canada? This is how businesses fail.
I ordered a drink that was over $7 and it did not taste at all like it should have, brown sugar and coffee were both missing, tasted like iced milk. What a waste of money and since it was through door dash I can't even get it replaced...Got a lousy $2 door dash credit. Come on Starbucks this is not ok.

Starbucks is often inconsistent with the taste of the drinks and there is no accountability or care for the customer. I am told that I will not get my money back, I need to have them remake it until it is correct. They remake it sometimes three or four times before one of them gets the drink correct. They continue to treat minorities like dirt and I will no longer set foot in another Starbucks store again.

Purchased a gift card in Canada with US dollars - was assured by cashier and manager I would have the full value when returning to US - when I got back to US and gave as a gift it only had $14.55. They charged me in USD but only gave me 20$ Canadian in value. When I contacted Starbucks they gave me the run around. This company steals enough from the public already.

This is a case where a really bad management team thinks that turning customers off will make their lives easier. I hope that when senior management reads this they will wonder why their aspiring managers are saying senior managers are as unimportant an they are calling customers.
Starbucks in Sudbury MA inconsistent quality of cappuccinos of recent. Far better at nearby Whole Foods who have a Cafe counter at front of store...open til 3...and for less $$$ than Starbucks.

Yes, it is nice to go into a Starbucks from time to time (depends on the store however) -- especially if you have things to do on a laptop or perhaps read a publication, but the price/quality ratio for their coffee is now beyond absurd.

The coffee in Starbucks is bad. It does not have any taste or aroma. Each time I have had coffee, they serve coffee with no bean strength.
Unless they improve the coffee flavour, people are going to find other alternatives.
I always order the same thing. Tall - dark coffee with 1 raw sugar and "light" splash of cream.
So often my coffee is too white, too creamy.
There's got to be a standard that the staff at all Starbucks can get their system right, at my work place... 585 University Avenue Toronto, once u walk away, its too much hassle to return to get the problem fixed. And at the same time don't enjoy this cream with coffee flavor beverage.
It tasted like triple cream because coffee is not so hot.

Spending on average $150 a week at Starbucks and having supported them throughout lockdown when there were virtually no customers; yesterday l was refused service by the same staff at the Galleria outlet in Melbourne, who know me by name - for the 'crime' of refusing an experimental jab. I'm so very upset. Bought a Tumblr cup was $16 the lid you cannot clean it has mold in it. It's two days old they didn't wanna return it didn't want to give me my money back because I didn't have a receipt. I paid cash for it..

I had purchased a Tumblr cup with a lid at Starbucks the other day put some coffee on it can’t clean the lid. Can’t get the mold out and they don’t want to refund my money or give me a new cup without a receipt. I paid cash for it.

Today I ordered a Dark Roast brewed coffee. And when I got to the bottom of the cup. The quantity of grinds was overwhelming. This quality is quite low for this level of establishment and price point. I am not a frequent customer of SB. However, this is unacceptable at any frequency. It's no wonder the coffee was especially bitter today. I have pictures that I would like to include if allowed.

I ordered a strawberry acai lemonade and said no ice but they pour full of ice.In small glass it was full of ice. Croissant separately we need to ask butter. Than from inside thy bring 1 butter. Very bad customer service. I felt like calling the manager and complaining but bcoz of our haste of travel we just left and thought we need to report. Just looting the people by not giving value of money

We just went to Starbucks in ATL Concourse C and got awful customer care. The drink I ordered wasn't made correctly and when I let them know they argued that it was. I paid extra for expresso and mocha drizzle which they said they were out of whipped cream too. The only thing that they added for me was the mocha drizzle. They didn't even put the caramel on top plus no whipped cream to put it on. They could have cared less. One lady was screaming at people waiting for their drinks about where to wait. She was very curt! I don't recommend this place.

I went to a Starbucks on New Years Eve with 4 others. They were slammed with business and we waited in line over 20 minutes. When I paid with my credit card I was not given a receipt. It showed up on my credit card bill but I need the receipt for work. Online unable to make me a receipt. Agent was fine, but policy is unacceptable.
I love your coffee but due to the unions stance on being pro Homus I have stopped bying your coffee. Is there away to find non union stores. If I knew that they are non union I would go to that store to buy my cup of coffee
