Standpipe Golf Motor Inn

My husband, myself and 2 children had dinner at the standpipe off the Aussie Menu. Kids had schnitzel, which was dry and burnt around the edges, their gravy cam in little milk jugs which didn't have handles, so both kids burned themselves when they picked them up to pour over ther dry burned schnitzel. My husband and I could not even hold the gravy pots and had to use our napkins so as not to burn ourselves. My steak that I asked for medium rare was 1 half well done, the other half raw? How do you even cook a steak half of it raw and half of it well done. I sent it back to have it returned even more well done that I couldn't chew it. My husband asked for his steak to be medium rare, and it was also raw. When asked about our meals all we got was sorry, and hurriedly rushed out the door. We have since learned that their Indian menu is to die for. But seriously don't have a menu available that you are unable to cook properly. IF WE EVER DARE return, we will try the indian menu.
