Stackry is a well known organisation among the UK comic book scene for how affordable it can make shipping multiple comics from the US to the UK in comparison to using other postal methods. With their consolidation options and the care they take in packing your order I can see why they came as highly recommended as they did. On this first package alone I have saved over $110 in shipping costs and received my package in under 2 weeks. What an absolutely brilliant service, thank you very much!

The Shipping Form does not scroll properly on my computer screen and I have to zoom out the screen to be able to complete the form. Also, the shipping address does not record my state correctly. In the input form, it shows "New South Wales" but in the final address, it shows "NS", missing the "W" character. Although it should be OK as long as the postcode is correct but this needs to be fixed.

My experience with the website was quite glitchy. I had a few issues on different devices that made navigating the site tedious at times.
Other than that, this being my first order with stackry, naturally I had some questions about how they operate. Unfortunately, I couldn't get all the answers I needed from customer service before needing to ship my order on this occasion.
I will say, the consolidation service in particular, is a little different to what I expected. You're limited in options of how you can consolidate packages in your order and I later realised the $2 consolidation fee applies per package and is not fixed - my mistake.
My order has now been shipped. Hopefully it arrives safely, as though I opted to keep the original packaging, I've since read this doesn't include the bubble wrap/protection in the original packages if you choose to consolidate. This was disappointing and feels wasteful. I didn't know the only protection would have to come from opting for their own bubble wrap/fragile labels for the extra cost. It felt like an unnecessary expense to pay to replace bubble wrap with bubble wrap so I didn't opt in. :(

Upon review, it looks like you emailed Friday night after hours, and Stackry is closed on the weekends. This caused the longer than normal response time. Please accept our apologies for the delay. You have 45 days free storage with our service, so hopefully that should give you time to reach out. The standard consolidation is $2.00 per package, but that fee is capped at $25.00. So for example, if you consolidate 20 packages, the price does not exceed $25.00. With the standard consolidation, additional packaging material will be added to protect your goods if needed. Our goal is to pack efficiently while still protecting the goods. If you are shipping glassware, pottery or any breakable items, it is best to select one of the extra bubble wrap options. Finally, Stackry will discard the shipping boxes by default during a consolidation. When you selected to keep the "product packaging" that means the staff will retain all manufacturer packaging. For example, a shoe box or packaging the items arrive in as if you purchased it from the store. I hope this helps clarify things a bit for you. I've been using Stackry for numerous shipments, and I'm pleased that such a service exists. However, it does come with a high price tag that I'm willing to pay, but I'm not really happy about it. One thing I would love Stackry to do is to advise customers about the destination's customs restrictions. It would save me some money if I knew beforehand what I can and cannot ship. I had to return several packages, leading to extra costs that could have been avoided.

So far, the customer service has been always excellent!

Frustrating - message received that I my package had a bad address and a $5 admin fee and yet all documentation confirmed with screenshots indicated that there was nothing wrong. Lots of 'upgrades' which cost additional money. My first experience with stackry so I don't want to be judgmental. I do like the fact that they provide photos of goods received.

Sadly, because it was a dangerous goods shipment, there are many international shipping regulations Stackry has to comply with to ship perfume. The rules requires us to use a certain box size to affix the special hazmat labels to. Many of our economy shipping partners do not ship perfume. These are some of the reasons why it is more pricy to ship perfume. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us.

Please note, your customs calculations are specific to your country. For Spain, you pay Stackry for the shipping costs and based off of the customs values you add to your items / packages, the carrier you select (FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) collects the duty and customs payment from you. Every country has their own specific import taxes, so one country may have no duties and taxes charges, and another could be up to 30%. To add on to this, some countries tax differently based off the commodity. It is best to check with your local carrier or customs office to confirm. I have not been here for a while. Compared to the older system this one is awfully clunky - offering tou etcrs and things. Worse, with firefox with unix *always used to work* the screen for putting in customs on each field wont scroll to show more than 2 things!
