I use the site to run my business and check email on it everyday, and SSD Cloud network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there, but for about half the price. Shell access and access to standard web tools is great. Customer support work 24/7 and they are very helpful.

What impressed me even more though was their customer service. I'm yet to have a problem large enough that I've needed to call SSD ClouD, but on the few questions and niggles I have had, their support via email has been quite simply perfect. Whether emailing them at 3pm, 2am in the middle of the night or even on a Sunday, respone and action has been extremely fast, responding within 30 minutes each time, usually though it's less than 15 minutes.
