Honestly one of the best stores, all the squishies are crazy affordable and shipping is free after 45$usd. I was afraid to purchase after hearing all these stories about them but I decided to find out for myself. I'm glad I did, really. I don't know how all this rumours started and of course there were people who played along as victim to add fuel to the fire; I've purchased about 5 times so far and each time I received all my items along with a cute extra squishy. Better than most places. The only thing I have to complain about is that they can never be contacted easily, if there is a problem with the package you'd just have to live with it. But they don't scam. I don't know where all these stories were created from but it's obviously fake.

Absolute scam! I ordered two years ago and it never even came. It just popped into my head recently and I want to warn people. Hey, maybe they'll send your package! It's honestly up to you. I heard great things and terrible things about this shop before I ordered but I just went for it and look where it got me. Thank the lord I spent a little over $20, otherwise I would be more than just upset. A year ago I saw that they were doing little sponsorships with people on Instagram. They contacted me and asked if I could review their shop. I was delighted and so I decided to ask them about the package I ordered and they stopped replying. Terrible customer service I'd say. You either win with the great deals and squishies or you lose your money. Absolutely should stay away from this shop.

I made multiple purchases from this store. They are EXTREMELY slow at shipping any of my packages. They took over a month to mark my packages as "shipped."
When they finally marked my packages as "shipped" the tracking status actually gets stuck in the status "Label created, not yet in System." It has been 3 additional weeks since the packages were stuck in this "preshipping" status (as of now it still is in preshipping status). This means after 1 month and a half, they never SHIPPED (post office is still awaiting item)! I emailed their support email, but they never responded. I contacted them on Instagram, they would say "hi" and ignore you afterwards.
There is absolutely ZERO customer service and NO communication at this store. If you purchase here you will risk your money and time! Not recommended :(

I ordered a package in December and after 3 weeks, it wasnt even shipped. I messaged them on Instagram, and after 1 week they said that they would ship soon. 2 weeks after that, the package hasnt shipped yet, so I messaged and emailed them repeatedly with no answer. After almost 2 months, I decided to file a dispute with PayPal and they sent my package the next day. When I received it, most of the squishies were in bad condition (major rips and cracks + crumpled packaging) and 2 items were missing. I filed another dispute with PayPal and got a full refund of the package. BUYER WARNING: you either get lucky with their great prices, or lose your time and money.

I like this company in the beginning, I ordered a few packages from them. It seen everything is all right. But my 4th package, I ordered 4 items, they only sent one of correct item and sent two items (cheaper Squishies) that I did not ordered, they did not sent the 3 items I ordered. Tried several times to contact them by email but no reply. I am disappointed and frastrated. There is no other way to contact them. There is no customer service at all. It is great when you ordered items and received items then you don't need to contact them. BUT when there is problem of your order, they just annoyed, do not want to solve the problem. Won't order from them again. BUYER BE AWAEW...
