This is the first time I buy something from you guys. But I like all your products.

Some difficulty with product, had to get assistance from IT department and had a dead battery.

Easy site to navigate, had products in stock, and liked the products available, good prices

I will want to see the unit and try it before I buy any more.

Looks as described. Have not used it yet thus the 3 stars on the product...

The clock was very easy to use - the camcorder I still have not figured out how to make it work.

Everything went fine. Took a while to figure out camera and how to record

The last one I got will not record. I would like to send it back and get it replaced.

Could not get device to sync to WiFi for off site viewing.

Very, very POOR tech support. Never did respond to e-mails and phone messages. Very disappointed!

The camera itself is super obvious. Defeats the purpose of hidden camera.
