I don't know why every people here were so upset of Spurst.com. I purchased some sexy lingeries here twice and I didn't get any trouble at all. The products themselves look completely like pictures, I'm satisfied with the quality. Customer service were professional. When one of my order were delivered late, I called them and they were so helpful. Over all, I don't have any complaint about this website and definitely recommend it to my friends, and to you guys too.

Nothing like the model in the photo, who was pretty busty. Like they were basically A cups. I tried to call and get a refund and the customer service rep was rude and I just gave up. Absolutely a scam! This place took $130 of my money, never shipped my items saying the items were backordered for 4 weeks! And instead, they gave me store credit... I told them I no longer wanted to do business with them. Next, they told me it would take 30 business days to credit me back, what? So it takes them two minutes to charge you and 30 business days to refund you? Do not order from this place! Save yourself a headache
The worst company I have ever ordered from. I have spent over an hour making 6 separate calls to customer service. They are rude and have no idea what is going on. They do not give refunds, only credit and when I refused a backordered order because I had cancelled it and they sent it anyway they never gave me credit after a month. Said the package never showed up at their place. I never even saw the package. They charge 10% stock fee on all returns that don't have a RMA number on them. Do not order from this company. Worst ever!
Less than one star. For an American website, it is terrible. My item was popular and sold out. I said I'd wait 3 weeks for it to be restocked. It shipped but didn't get b/c my instructions for the FedEx package were ignored. I got all money except the money I spent on shipping. I would have to pursue it from the shipper.
Incredible NOT! I spent over $600 in a matter of 3 months and they wouldn't give me a store credit (not a refund) on a $20 dress. Really? This is how you keep your customers? I'm done purchasing from this on line store. Save your money - go to Spicy Lingerie, they have nicer clothes.
They made a mistake (sent wrong item) which I get can happen, but it's how they handled it (four months later, still not fixed) or actually didn't handle it that is the problem. You have to submit "tickets" which they don't read, ask the same questions, and then close almost immediately, you can't reopen them, but have to start all over again, which complicates the issue. It took 2 months for them to send me an authorization to send the item back to them. I returned it, and heard nothing--they had closed the ticket again. Upon asking, they now say the item is sold out - this is four months after I initially ordered.
Terrible company. Purchased some items on 9/13 and they just arrived, 9/29. Finally received order only to realize they didn't include some items. Called customer service and was hung up on.
I'll never order from them again!
Their customer service is $#*!, I had to listen to their $#*!ty music on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on.

Never Again! I bought two things from Spurst after finding them through a pin on Pinterest. One item was ok but the other was really cheaply made so I returned it. Four weeks later I hadn't seen my refund on my card so I called them and they started giving me all kind of crap about NO Refunds - just store credit AND I had to pay a restocking charge for their crappy item! I told them I wanted all of my money back and they told me they would get right back to me.
A week later I still hadn't heard back and still no refund so I called again and they told me that they were still working on it and would get right back to me (ya, right). Then, coincidentally, I found the same item on another site... Spurst had advertised the item as 50% off but I discovered that they had first doubled the price on the site before they applied the discount! I could have bought the same item for slightly less money on this other site than on the 50% Off Spurst site!
It is now 6 weeks since my return and I still haven't seen a refund so I'm contacting my credit card company.
Never shop at Spurst! They are the worst site with the worst service in the world!

The vendor indicates 99% of items are in stock, but when you check availability most of them are actually out of stock. The order process indicates 3-5 business days for delivery, however a month has gone by and the items haven't even been shipped yet. I recommend finding a different vendor.
The corset is very much smaller than what the actual product was when I received it. I was shocked at how small it was. I had to order another from mil eyshouse.com which I used to buy from.
Ordered 6 items and returned 3 of them. I called first to make sure I could return them and the girl told me they could all be returned for a refund.
This was October 9th and their site said it was delivered. UPS confirmed it. They said they were busy with Halloween and could not get to the refund. It is long past Halloween and still no refund and are now telling me that they are busy with the holiday season.
I complained again and now they are saying they cant find the return. Basically they are hoping people give up so they don't have to give a refund or they just will not do it and this is their shady way of delaying to no avail. They also originally said they received the package but one of the dresses were not refundable after the girl told me it was before I sent it out, but they still claim they don't have the package.
What a bunch of ***, do not ever buy anything from this place, just a bunch of headaches as I still have no refund since October 9th, 2013 and it is now Nov 26th, 2013. What a useless company.

This online company suuuucks! There a dinky cheap outfit with cheap quality items & there customer service could not get any worse! I would not buy from this site EVER AGAIN. I spent over $250. For a Halloween costume on Oct 1, but one of there problems is they price every item separately, so say you want a cat costume; u have to buy tale, ears, mask, & everything separately, so 1 costume totaled over $250. When it finally came, it was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES AT ALL. Come to find out, they will ONLY DO STORE CREDIT! Now why would u want store credit 4 a company that has crappy stuff?!?! There r no exceptions to this rule if u want a refund, unless u refuse the package at post office, which is ridiculous because how do u know if u don't like something without seeing it. Also, after finding out about refund policy, which is hard to do, there was an item back ordered, so I refused it@ post office 2 weeks ago, & called today & they still haven't gotten around to finding it, because they have, quote, hundreds of returns every day, (which says a lot right there)! Plus, they have no organization to separate packages that r returns w/ RMA or ones that are clearly mark REFUSED ON THEM! Also to use u'r store credit, u have to call & make sure there's a manager there, or u'r shipping won't b included w/ store credit. There r so many things wrong with this company, that I took time out of my busy day to write this long review! Dealing w/ them, from Start 2 finish has been horrible. They r so rude & non helpful every time u call, & they don't care at all about the customer!
