I am a longtime customer and post alot of jobs (over 700k tasks paid)! The support is very bot-like! I made a suggestion which would benefit everyone which they actually approved at first but later changed their mind and turned it down (''they approved it on accident!'', a staff member explained)! I tried to talk to them but they are very like bots when replying!

Some of the staff approved my suggestion and others declined it, it was a back and forth between me and the staff! It seemed like they don't even know what they are doing!

Seems like they are not interested in benefiting workers and employers!

Goods: Good website layout, jobs get approved fast and work fast!

Bads: Support are NPC's, very expensive, non cooperative in doing good business!

They suspend my account for no good reason, but they were willing to restore it after deducting all my money from it. This is blackmail and no one is safe working for them.
It they steal from workers, CLIENTS you are next. Trust me their support team don't care how much effort you put in their platform. They will be happy to steal from your balance. I think the support team gets a commission from stealing. Thats why many people are a victim of this kind of situation.

This website is a microjob provider site which pay very little money for that job which takes about 10 minutes or longer time to do. This website is a scam.This website just blocks you without any mistakes.They banned my account for spam tasks submitted.When I contacted customer support they said you can activated your account but terms and condition will be applied.Then I accepted without knowing.Then they make my balance to $2.7 to -$2.7 and timer to 500.This website is a scam.I had made that money in like 10 days but they make it negative.This means I have to work and make negative money 0 and i will be able to earn from 0. So I deleted my account.Most of the jobs are fake. Sproutgigs doesnot do anything to the employers but only targets workers.You can only about $10 in a month.So please donot waste your time in this website...!

This is a scam. Guys, don't work with this scam site. Very scam. I work and earn 10 USD after trying to withdraw, but I cannot withdraw. I asked the admin after they banned me for an invalid reason. I am a good rate worker, but they find one error and suspend all my time. We humans, any human, can make mistakes, not remember them, sproutgigs. Find one mistake and ban it without any notice. I do my best. They ban me from email tasks. I use same email and email message to click and get a code. I get the code and submit proof. They are a fool-and-looting site. Jessica Mujica is also a spammer. SHE IS ONE SPOUTGIGS ADMIN.

Honestly, this a very trust worthy site, they are very unique and they have been my source of income for some months now, but they can be very strategic if there roles not followed properly

This is a total scam. How would you just stay and wait for higher hard earned money by a worker and suspend their account to retain the money? There was no need by you to set the T&cs if you cannot adhere to them yourself. UN PROFESSIONALISM OF HIGH LEVEL, FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND WASTE OF TIME.

You're on good terms with Sproutgigs until you make a WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. When you do, you all of a sudden become a violator of one of their guidelines (using VPN/proxy, operating multiple accounts) and they suspend your account.
I think I speak for many(hundreds if not thousands) who have fallen victim of their malicious devices, that this is a deliberate ploy to steal/rob their workers' hard-earned earnings in broad daylight.
QUESTIONS:
If indeed I as a worker have been using a vpn/proxy or detect I am operating multiple accounts, why then don't you suspend the account immediately?
Why does Sproutgisg wait for you to accumulate the cents for weeks to make 5 dollars and above and when you make a withdrawal request, get suspended at that point? WHY! WHY!

I lost 20usd in this scam, painfully so. On contacting support, they wanted me to confess I had operated multiple accounts. I refused because it wasn't true. They then proceeded to ban my account.
THEY ARE THIEVES.

They are big scammers they block your account without any rigid reason and there's no way to withdraw your earing. Its so f**** up site dont waste your time and energy to work on it

First they will let you work for a while and withdraw your money if it is a small amount then they will ban you for no reason and collect the money you make and not reply to the emails

At first when I open my account on Sproutgigs they didn't suspend my account on that moment but what I earned up to $30 - $31 the funny part is that I read the rules and I abide to them...
Okay I woke up the next day trying to cash out only for me to find out that my account was suspended, I wasn't able to recover it back.
And I noticed that they knew what they were doing because when I reached $10 - $20 they didn't suspend my account all my efforts and struggling was just for nothing.

They are legit but lil bit cheating all worker, after 1 mouth do lil task here and there. Finally i request 15$ withdrawal. And there is notif on my payoneer, guess what?
ONLY 9$. After they said FEE and FEE and FEE and tooo many FEE they ask for my lil money.
I think there is a better website out there, because SPROUTGIGS! Not worth it at all. Low rate payment, they wont pay ur survey (only pending payment and it take forever)
