Helped me get started within exercise program that I had avoided for so long. I assembled it by myself. I'm 52 years old.

These are amazing. Love the simplicity of switching weight settings love that they are compact and love the overall construction. My husband and I used to waste money on a gym membership we hardly had time to use so we decided to turn or garage into our own personal gym. We purchase the 552 drum bells the stand a 4.1 bench a recumbent bike an elliptical and the uppercut. We can't say enough good things about it all. From Shawn in purchasing that helped us above and beyond to all the equipment. Everything is high quality in construction in use and in comfort. We tell all our friends and would and will recommend them all to anyone in the market.

I've been using these for over a year now and they have served me very well. You just have to understand their limitations- the main one being that you don't want to drop them on the floor. The other is that the max weight is 52.5 lbs. So yes, if you're very strong and you like going to failure, you might be a little disappointed. However, if you're an average person like me and just want to get in a decent home workout, these could be perfect for you.

The adjustment mechanism is easy to use and the weight increments make a lot of sense. They start out with 2.5-lb increases with the lower weights and jump up to 5-lb increases at the higher end. You can do anything you would do with normal dumbbells- bench presses, shoulder presses, curls, triceps extensions, rows, flys, lunges, etc

These are absolutely fantastic for low to mid weight exercises. Thankfully they are very well built, and the plastic coating keeps them from banging together and making tons of loud noises. Only issue I have with these is the outer weights being smaller than the inner weights. When waiting between sets they don't sit on your things very well

BEWARE! If I could give this company less than one star I would. They use the same name for their products as Bowflex and their products are identical to Bowflex. BUT THIS IS A CHINESE KNOCK OFF! I was in a pinch over the holidays and was fooled by their FAKE advertising. Their website advertises that they ship in 24 hours and the weights will arrive in 5 days. After two weeks went by, I tried to track the dumbbells I ordered and the tracking number was fake. I then tried to call the number on the website but that didn't work. I assumed I had been scammed and ordered an authentic set of Bowflex dumbbells. A month after I ordered the dumbbells they showed up. I can't sell them because they are fakes and no one wants to pay for them. They cost MORE than the real Bowflex dumbbells. They are a Chinese company with zero customer service. The only way they will let me send them back is if I pay for the shipping. These are weights. They weigh over 104lbs. Shipping would cost a fortune. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

I bought the exercise bike at the beginning of September and since then it is in regular use. At the moment you can say that it is sturdy and doesn't wobble while riding. The wheel runs smoothly, the resistance is adequate. Adjustability is great. In itself, the bike handlebar and seat height can be adjusted, so it is really suitable for everyone. All the parts are working well. I am more than satisfied with the value for money and I would not call myself a beginner after many absolved Spinning course on the Youtube.

I ordered what looks like Bowflex Adjustable dumbells. I should have know there was an issue as they never mention Bowflex in the listing! But the Bowflex logo was in the photo. I think this is so they don't get flagged by Bowflex. They gave me a non-working tracking number and the product never arrived. Customer service never answered any of my 7 emails to them. This site is 6 months old and is a scam! DO NOT BUY HERE or you will get RIPPED OFF. The other review are all fake. Check out the names, and see other reviews.
