It took me a few minite to set it up. The Sporttore's assemble instructions are clear and well organized. Nice machine once assembled. Solid build. Nice touch and feel. I'm in love with this folder. I actullay love folding clothes with this. The room you can make in a drawer is crazy. I will never be without this one. I added pics to show how much I can get in 1 drawer. My drawer space is very little so after I fold I flip over 1 more time and I counted double what fits in 1 drawer now than before. I even do my night pants. It's amazing
