Ordered runners on Tuesday with €15.00 extra paid for express delivery 2/3 days. Instead got note from sportshoes that will take 6 days so following Monday.

Misleading information and taking extra money for service can't provide...
Order #*******, I want my money back ASAP

The best online store

Truly the best online store I have ordered from, and surely the only one that I feel secure when buying (occasionally) expensive sports equipment.
Extremely fast delivery to other European countries, low costs of shipment and extreme professionalism

ORDER NUMBER *******: First off i have used many online services before but none as bad as this, perhaps because i am located outside the UK? Anyway i ordered 3 pairs of track spikes on 7 December 2015, confirmed by Sportshoes.com as having been mailed. When following up on the delivery towards the end of the month (by way of the order number) the online system said the order was "closed" upon which i mailed them to find out what this means? Apparently it means delivery was successful even though i had not received anything on my side here in South Africa? So to try and and find out where this package was i requested the Royal Mail tracking number from Sportshoes.com but to no avail as they kept on giving me the run around eventually saying that the package was deemed lost and that i had to fill in a claims form which was not intitially sent, and by the time it was sent apparently it was too late, as it had to be filled in within 28 days of the mailing date? In the mean time i also tried to get hold of senior management to inform them of the situation, but no reply thus far? My next step and last resort will be to arrange for a VISA charge back and spread the word far and wide for people to stay away from Sportshoes.com unless there is some sort of logical explanation and they make this right and do so as soon as possible - PATHETIC REALLY? The big worry for me is the lack of a Royal Mail tracking number as it can only mean one thing - they take your money so goods paid for are not sent?

UPDATE: SPORTSHOES.COM FINALLY SORTED OUT MY PROBLEMS AND ISSUED ME WITH A SECOND BATCH FREE OF CHARGE - THANK YOU MUCH APPRECIATED, BUT PLEASE LETS TRY AND AVOID FUTURE PROBLEMS THROUGH EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION! THIS COMPANY IS LEGIT.

Absolutely disgusted with this company.

I ordered a nike plus sensor replacement on 4th February, it arrived but was faulty.

I returned it and waited for my exchange to arrive...

2 weeks later I called to chase and was told they'd not received my return. Luckily I'd sent recorded delivery so could prove that this was in fact a lie. Having proved this with my recorded delivery number I was told they'd send the replacement.

1/2 weeks later I had to chase again as hadn't received it and was told that they didn't have it in stock. Why did I have to chase them?! Surely they should have got in touch to let me know this. Not only was it not in stock, they weren't even selling this product anymore, so surely any decent customer service department would have let me know and issued a full refund at this point?!

So I had to ask for a full refund and was told that this would be processed. This was over a month ago and still no refund.

Pure theft!

Their customer service is appalling, I've had to do the chasing every step of the way and I keep being told that the payment is going to be processed shortly. Disgusted with them and would advise anyone thinking of buying anything from them not to bother.
