This is a site with real names, real people. No nicknames.

I would say it's basically a Q & A site but improved in many ways:

1) You can see how others think
2) The feedback you get when you post a question is really accurate: you see age groups, gender, and locations.
3) The tools are cool (you can ask users to rank, rate or vote) and allow you, again, to get very accurate feedback --- I actually used it with my classmates to find out how they rank the t-shirt designs I make (funny i found out that one of my teachers has the exact same tastes as my two best friends! No wonder we get along with him)

In short, I love it. Very useful if you are an artist

"I love this site because I'm a curious person with slightly scientific attitude. I like to compare my own opinions to those of other people. For example. When it comes to relationships I'm quite old fashioned: I think the guys should make the first step etc. But that not necessarily what majority of younger generation people think these days. So I can post a discussion on Splashoo and see how many people agree with old fashion thinking, and also get gender, age, and location of my expressers! :) Or I can see what others think about Kiss Cam proposals, which for me are so lame... I could find which coffee shop is the best or whats the best place to take a girl out on a date and I like to compare how guys and girls think... Those are just some examples and the web site offers much more, including different types of discussion (for example you can make a thread with multiple choice question, or many answers that your expressers will rank, or even an open discussion which leaves more space for creative response. I got hooked on really quick, it's just a fun and easy way of getting opinions of others without having to ask your friends / coworkers individually."
