I just received my first package and besides being a few days late there was nothing wrong with them I'd order from them again

I put in an order several months ago. Everything was fine with the items I did receive, but they were missing two items. I contacted them and told them to just credit my PayPal. They emailed back and said they would just credit my next order. Now, I don't know when I would be ordering from them again, so I told them AGAIN, to refund it to my account. This has gone on for so many months, that I finally picked out two items for them to send to me in lieu of the items not received. They message back and want to charge me shipping! I've already paid shipping on items I never received. I'm not going to pay shipping twice! I think I'm screwed and have lost my money.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
