Twice today so far (1/19/22), I received phone calls from Spectrum cable service. One from *******533 and another from *******270. Calling them back to see if they are a scam, one, *******533 said that number was disconnected or no longer on service. 1:25 p.m. Spectrum called me and 1:26 p.m. it was already disconnected! Fast job!
The other call, *******270 called me at 12:35 p.m. I hit the "1" as instructed for more information and the line went dead. So I called it back and no ringing occured. Just a machine came on saying a voicemail box has not been set up yet. Who wants voicemail? I want someone who just had their machine from Spectrum call me to answer my call back they hung up on when I hit "1" for more information!
I have no proof of purchase because I did not and will not purchase from Spectrum.

Worthless company. Traded in my old junk, trash box for a new refurbished Ghetto box. Lost many channels as a result. Have been a customer in good standings for over two decades. Will be cancelling service July 1rst. This trash company should be banned. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE; YOU WILL BE ROYALLY RIPPED OFF! DON'T DO IT!

Wish I could give negative stars! We've been customers for more than 20 years. They used to be better when they were Time Warner. But now, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST customer service I've EVER dealt with! Asked to speak with supervisor as a tech made changes to our account when I told him REPEATEDLY NOT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES. He SWORE he didn't touch our account, but he canceled all of the premium channels we had & now we're being told we can't get those back unless we pay $25 more per month! WHAT?! NO! I called to speak with supervisor 5 times & was hung up on all 5 times just before supervisor picked up. Nobody there seems to care AT ALL! I already know that nobody will call us back & I will spend ALL DAY ON THE PHONE with them, once again! The really "FUNNY" thing is, the dept that was "NOT" helping me is CUSTOMER RETENTION! What a laugh!
