Took too long, flowers did not meet expectations. They're not worth $186

The promotion said order wedding sparklers and receive a box of sparklers, the box of sparklers were on the packaging invoice, but not in the package. I contacted and was told that they moved warehouse and the box of sparklers would be in mail on Monday. That was over 2 weeks ago, not worth my time, so have just figured sparklers us is not where I'll shop in the future

Very easy, I only had a hard time when I was looking at the bundle packages it wouldn't let me pick options. So I just got the sparklers

Tags I ordered were not contained in any bag or envelope and therefore were all over the box upon arrival. One tag was ripped

The sparklers were poorly packaged and created a huge mess when opened. Some of the sparklers were damaged and all had to be cleaned so that the black powder that was everywhere would not get all over wedding guest hands when they took a sparkler. They should have been secured better inside the big box they were sent in. I ordered both 2' and 3' and the 2' sparklers were the main issue in the bigger box. They ended up breaking free of their individual boxes and created the mess.

I ordered my sparklers and paid extra for faster shipping. They arrived a day too late so I'm now needing to return them as they were not used.

Overall I as pretty satisfied. My one complaint was that packaging left a little to be desired. By the time I received the package, almost all the little boxes had been smashed in one way or another and had to clean out all the broken pieces of sparklers from the boxes.

Great online shopping experience but once my package arrived one of my confetti poppers had already popped in the box

Shopping and ordering was simple. However when arrived many of the sparklers had begun to fall apart an were crumbling. Will be used for the wedding this weekend, hopefully will be ok?

Had a bit of difficulty adding item to cart. Received message item added but when looking at cart showed empty. Waited a few days and tried again. Took third attempt to order.

Great prices and easy ordering process. However! Delivery of my package was damaged and package of sparklers was crushed and missing a few due to box being damaged. Company has not responded to my email about this issue, nor was I able to upload the photos of the box.

They were cheap good price however received package and they were open, but I know the sparklers are strong enough to not break so they are still in good condition.

I received my order and am very,happy but I didn't receive my 10 free sparklers like it had said when I checked out so that was disappointing

I was happy with the price and the length is sparklers, however I ordered silver but received gold sparklers. I emails customer service about the issue and have yet to receive a response.

The sparklers could have been packaged better. The box of sparklers was pretty beat up and already open, besides that they are nice

I was promised a complimentary pack of cake sparklers. I did not receive the cake sparklers. I received 8 standard sparklers in place.

I ordered gold balloons and they came in different shades of gold even though they were listed as the same and I wasn't able to return them

I had a great experience ordering these sparklers, the ship time was super fast and they are packaged into like smaller bundles which was great to. I ordered 144 for my wedding and was afraid that some of them would break but that did not happen so I am very pleased!
