I wish I read the real reviews before buying 7 Katana steamers which were rated 5 stars on the website.
And, unfortunately, due the the break between rotations we didn't check on the steamers upon receiving them and throw the boxes away. They are very poor quality
They don't deserve even 1 star.
They are very unstable.
The jars don't fit well because the plastic isolations is moving and it's not possible to position it correctly.
The sleeves are loose and slowly come down during steaming.
The tips of the nozzles are heavy and come down in addition to the sleeves.
Difficult to see the point indicator on the timer

I'm so glad to find a reliable company that will take care of all my needs. I've been with them for few years now and couldn't be happier with the products and the services they had provided to our spa. I purchased this table/chair about a year ago (Product Code: SKU*******) and could not be happier. I needed a chair with 4 motors which allows for varied positioning
Of the chair. It is very high quality and is quiet and comfortable. The table can adjust to a 90 degree angle and the foot cushion goes all the way down which makes exiting the chair easy. I ordered the extra towel bar. I ended up using it to hang the Hand Remote Control even though there is another hook towards the front of unit.
The company Spa and Equipment is a great company to work with. I have been very pleased with their customer service. They are professional, friendly, and most of all, eager to satisfy their customers.
