They never send the merchandise people purchase with their hard-earned money! Someone needs to go after them, like the FBI or CIA. The place has been referred to the fraud department several times. I hope they do something about this company.

I will make it short. Order Christmas gifts in 2022. Company shipped them twice. They were lost in transit both times. Still waiting for refund. They sent me a refund Twice still owe me about 10 bucks. The order was about 30. It is the principal of the refund. How many other people are they not refunding.

I ordered 4 coats and 4 matching boots. It said i could get a gift for $1 as a reward. So I purchased the gift also. The day the order was "supposedly" arrived i only got the free gift ring. No coats or boots. I emailed many times to a worker who obviously did not speak english. They gave me the run around saying my package had arrived? They still have not received my money or package from November. They use another name US Ungue on the website. Total scammers

Please don't get scammed by this company if it's even a company...I ordered stuff in November and nothing, I've emailed them and of course they'll send it back out,,but still nothing so I've emailed these people 29 times and guess what no stuff or no money just a run around...you guys are scammers why take people's hard earned money.we deserve better than that...you guys suck

I would have given this website negative stars if I could have. I ordered several items on Black Friday and over a month later I still have not received them. The prices are extremely low, but that does not matter if you can't get your merchandise. You are just giving your money away.

After almost 6 weeks of playing, let me get my refund back from these people nine dollars out of 44 has only been returned. They refuse to do business correctly. They refuse to do anything they are scam artist. Do not put your money in this business they are thousand percent thieves.

Whatever payment options that you gave that song guess you money for the clothing that they never sent like me close down your car cuz you don't want scammers like that having your bank card you never know when you wake up one day and these people will drain you out the banks don't even help and they don't do nothing about it. I'm still fighting with my bank and I told them okay they reversed the charge saying they're investigation is closed I said what are you talking about these are scammers he goes all right so then you appeal and send in your information so I'm going to go ahead and take copies of all the all the information on here saying that that site is a scam and I'm going to send it to my bank letting him know that you return my money to scammers that never gave me nothing.

Like a reviewer had written already, tracking shows the package has been delivered by USPS, USPS says, they don't even recognize the tracking number and I received a ring. Customer service keeps saying the money return is in progress and will take 15 days for the past month.

I have been waiting since November to get the items i ordered. They never came. Said they would replace in January. No shipment or refund. What a rip off.

SCAMMERS! Ordered about $60 worth of stuff and they only sent me a fake little ring and NEVER received anything else. They do NOT respond to emails either.

After reading other comments it just makes me even more upset. Same story. I found this website as an add on youtube. I ordered some clothes for Christmas gifts in November. Paid $46. Excitedly awaited my order and checked the tracking everyday to see when it would get here. One day I checked and it said it had been delivered 2 weeks prior! I was very upset and hurt, mostly because I loved the items I had picked out and now did not have the gifts I was hoping to give for Christmas. I contacted customer service immediately and asked for a refund. They told me they would re-ship my order. Once again I waited for my order to come checking the shipping info DAILY to see where it was at. I just checked yesterday 2/12/2023 and it had not been delivered yet. Now today (2/13/2023) it says it was delivered on the 9TH! But it WAS NOT! I have reported this website to Wells Fargo Bank and requested a refund from this website via email. VERY upset. This is a FAKE website designed to take people's money and they have NO INTENSION of providing services. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. PLEASE HELP TO GET IT TAKEN DOWN. :(

This website is on Google and you tube as ads with discounts on clothes. They are a scam. They will take your $$$ and do nothing but lie to you.

Same as so many customers this is a scam do not order from this company. I bought a coat and never got it.

This site is a scam. I order two items never received them and they never got back with me. Need to report this site.
