Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. There was a mouse under the bed. Disappointed on how it was handled. They were not phased. We had to pack all over again move up to a room that was not convenient and their customer service is horrible on the chat because that's the only way to do it through their app. Very disappointed

This place is racist and the customer service is poor! I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here what so ever!
I visited New Orleans for 10 days in November 2021. Sonder is located in the warehouse district within walking distance to the Superdome. Great location. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with king beds, walk in closets, full kitchen and washer and dryer. Very clean.
